They were right on time, worked efficiently and left no mess (I've had window washers leave puddles of yucky water on the floor and sills). I always appreciate when a crew removes their shoes to work inside. They definitely went above and beyond to make my windows and bathroom mirrors shine. My front and back doors look like new. Radiant is running a special on its Facebook page through the end of the year. Also, if you have a friend who uses the service based on your recommendation you get $25 off. Next time I'm getting inside and out done by Radiant. Screens are hand washed and the outer sill is wiped clean of all that dirt that collects in SA.

The window technician, Jay, was completely professional and did an amazing job. And when he was in our home he left it clean, unlike most folks who track dirt everywhere. The Owner Mr Pete is a trustworthy and extremely fair business man to do business with, and they save me a "Ton" of money. I live in a house with lots of windows. So when the standard window cleaning company gives me a quote to do my windows I'm glad there are small businesses like First Choice that will come and get the job done for a fair price. They are respectful, considerate of your home, timely and fairly priced. Thanks Again!!

Dean of D&D Window Cleaning came by and gave us an estimate to clean our windows inside and out…read more We just had our stucco reapplied a few weeks ago and the hard water stains from the power washer made our windows unbearable. We are getting too old to do them and we have many very large windows. He gave us a quote of $225 cash which seemed like a great price. He arrived at 9:30 and finished about 1. He washed all the windows and screens inside and out (with the exception of the inside of our bedroom). They haven't been this clean in years, maybe as long as we've lived here. We've always done them ourselves and we're obviously not as skilled at Dean. I'm so happy with them I'll need to schedule him more frequently. I highly recomend them and hope you will check him out. Thanks for a great job!!

I expected a good window clean, and that's it. They cleaned every single window on our house (and we have a lot and some that require a ladder), inside and out. They scrubbed around the frames, removed the splatter of stucco and paint and even cleaned the screens (screens to our sliding doors included)! Wow! Not only did they do more than I expected, they did a PERFECT job! For the price, I don't think it was steep considering their attention to detail. No tip is allowed, so that helps with the price as well. The two guys that did it were super friendly and fun to chat with and professional. This does take several hours to complete but they don't leave doors to the outside open, are accommodating and love dogs. I will definitely be begging my husband for them to come out and clean once a year from here on out. I know birds will be hitting our windows with how shiny they are.

She quoted a price and I scheduled the cleaning. When the service provider arrived, he told me that the online/phone quote was not correct, and it would be $100 more than what I was quoted. He said the "real" price per window is not what the phone/online schedulers were quoting. This is a very poor way to do business - feels like a classic "bait and switch." I will be using another company - regardless of the price someone else may charge.
