Dean of D&D Window Cleaning came by and gave us an estimate to clean our windows inside and out…read more We just had our stucco reapplied a few weeks ago and the hard water stains from the power washer made our windows unbearable. We are getting too old to do them and we have many very large windows. He gave us a quote of $225 cash which seemed like a great price. He arrived at 9:30 and finished about 1. He washed all the windows and screens inside and out (with the exception of the inside of our bedroom). They haven't been this clean in years, maybe as long as we've lived here. We've always done them ourselves and we're obviously not as skilled at Dean. I'm so happy with them I'll need to schedule him more frequently. I highly recomend them and hope you will check him out. Thanks for a great job!!

Grayson arrived on time, worked quickly, and had a pleasant positive attitude. With kids and pets in the house I was concerned about the chemicals but it was not an issue. They reported the vent was in good shape and they were able to clean it successfully. Later, my husband realized the washing machine (which had to be moved in order to clean the dryer vent) was too close to the wall in the back making it harf to reach hoses if the need should arise. We called Squeaky Dan's and2 young men were promptly dispatched and they knew exactly how position the washer for easier access in the back. The could not have been more accomodating to our needs. We have always been extremely pleased with Dan's window cleaning service are glad they have other services to offer. This company is honest, customer oriented, quality conscious and we recommend them highly for window and vent cleaning.

I've been trying (with other companies) to get my windows cleaned for about 2 weeks now. I was…read morefeeling pretty disheartened with the lack of professionalism and urgency, so I consulted with my favorite advisor (the Internet) and found The Gleam Team here on Yelp. 1. A real human answered the phone the first time I called (I don't really love artificial humans answering calls); 2. Another (separate) human showed up to my house THE SAME DAY (today) to check it out and write me an estimate; 3. Unlike other companies the estimate I received was a beautiful and legible TYPED UP PDF SENT VIA EMAIL - people... do you know how amazing that is? If you could see the handwritten gibberish that I've been left with, you'd understand. 4. Their prices are competitive, and while you're paying a few dollars more (really not much) you're getting a fantastic value from a company that shows up and does what they say they're going to do. The part that really blew me away was when the estimator heard how frustrated I was (with the other companies) and said he wanted to try and get a crew out to my house in 2 days to do the work. When the dispatcher informed him that a crew wasn't available he looked at me and said "don't worry, I'll be here on Saturday and I'll do it myself." I felt bad (who likes working on the weekend?) so I asked if he would at least get a bonus or some kind of compensation for the additional work that's surely above and beyond his normal line of work. THAT'S WHEN HE TOLD ME HE'S THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. Friends. I couldn't. I still can't. I'm so excited to have found this company. This will be my go-to window cleaning (and pressure washing, and gutter cleaning) vendor from here on out. This is a quality company with quality people at the helm. I hope to do work with them for years to come.
