He was busy we had a bad leak, showed up figured out problem got us through the night. Showed up as promised next day not only did he fix the problem but he went the extra mile let us know our well holding tank bladder was bad and was going to cause a well pump problem no pressure to replace it at all. I called and spoke with Ron at 7:30am about replacing a water heater, and he and his guys had it replaced by early afternoon. Dixon Plumbing was recommended to me by several people in Cecil County and I called them in July of 2014, It took a week for anyone to get back to me and then a young man did come to the house and replace my outside faucets. On Jan, 8 and 12 I called them and left messages, never heard back. Called again in February and never heard anything from anyone.Called again on March 18, 2015 and left a message. On March 19, 2015 I received a call back and an appointment was set for March 24, 2015. Mr. Dixon showed up on March 24, 2015, but did not have what was needed to make the one repair I really wanted done so he repaired another pipe and we discussed him returning as soon as I bought the faucets I was interested in and he got the pipe he needed. I purchased the faucets and called on April 1, 2015 and April 6, 2015 leaving messages that I had purchased the faucets and when could he come out to to the repairs, as of today, May 24, I have not heard from Mr. Dixon or anyone in his company! I have had to find another plumber and would never recommend Mr. Dixon's company to anyone, he certainly lied to me and let me down! i gave up calling his company because all you get is a recording to leave and message and then no one returns your call. read more
