This practice used to be REALLY good to deal with. It has changed hands a couple times in a couple…read moreof years. The staff that was there before was very nice and very flexible with late hours. The new setup is very limited which removes the original reason I ever started going here to begin with. The new doctors seem to be nice and knowledgeable enough although they're slightly conflicting and have openly criticized work that the previous doctors (multiple doctors) had done while at the same practice. Nothing makes you second guess the quality of your dental repair or the warranty of the work like the doctor responsible for fixing it in the future looking at it and telling you it's not the best repair that could've been done. Well, lucky enough for me it's not my ton ab to fix it next time should it fail, but dude, really? They don't push business income like some other dentists that say, "Hey I see a spot that we want to keep an eye on for a while unless you just want to get it drilled out right now, it'd be $350." That's good. If that changes, I probably will stop coming here because it's not exactly convenient for me to get to, certainly without the previously flexible hours. You can't remove all of the glamour and service of a good practice that clients were used to and still keep expecting the same level of customer loyalty. 3 stars for now based on historical greatness and current operations.

Our third daughter recently started her time in braces and I know she'll have the same outcome. We agree with another reviewer in that there are zero gimmicks here. Dr Biety is super friendly, honest, and won't sell you something/services you don't need. He explains everything very well, from the initial consultation, through the whole process, up until the very end. I was shocked to read in another review that at some places, patients rarely see the Dr after the first consultation. Dr Biety is present at every single appointment; he checks in with how the patients are doing, has fun chatting with patients/parents and his staff. There are good vibes in this office! Prior to seeing Dr Biety, my oldest daughter saw an orthodontist who said he'd have to pull teeth in order to get her teeth straight.
