I went to look for plants to replace what I had in 3 large planters on my terrace. I found what I liked and wanted the experts at Vivo Gardens to remove the existing plants and repot the new plants. They seemed very happy to accommodate this and I explained that my building required a COI in order to make the delivery. There was a little issue about getting the COI when they said I would receive it. Plus, I came to realize that communication was an issue- I do not speak Spanish and there is very little English spoken there. We all got very frustrated and I eventually asked to cancel the order and return my money- which they did. Then, they reached out again and I decided to give this another chance. I started using a translation app, which is inconvenient, but I wanted to make sure we totally understood each other. I guess all is well that ends well. The plants were delivered as scheduled and I love them. They look great on my terrace and the delivery went well.

It didn't look like intentional, lush landscaping; it looked like everything had simply been left to grow out of control without anyone really taking care of the place. The parking area is also extremely small, and the whole property almost felt like we had walked into someone's backyard or house rather than an actual nursery. On top of that, there was basically no guidance or customer service. No one came over to ask if we needed help, explain where anything was, or help us choose the right plants. It pretty much felt like, "Just go to the back, look around, and pick whatever you want." I actually enjoy visiting nurseries and understand that they're naturally going to have dirt, plants, leaves, etc., but this was completely different.
