They are warm, friendly, quick and efficient. Tony the owner is awesome. If you need junk removed, a rental cleaned out, this is your place! The fact that i'm taking time out of my day to write a brutally honest and bad review about this place goes to show really how bad my experience with this place was. It's in need of major repairs, filled with bugs, not to mention the coded door lock being broken for months. We kept our storage here for about a year or two and made all the payments on time and in exchange we got nothing but disrespect. Not to mention when I go to check the reviews I also noticed there are other unfortunate reviews about how this lady has disrespected other customers.

Thankfully we made the right decision by hiring Jeff's Movers for our move from NW IN to NW AZ. First, the moved our belongings including boxes (we packed ourselves), 6 rooms of furniture, husband's workshop (large tools), husband's ultralight airplane wings and nearly 700 board feet of wild cherry in approximately 4 hours. All employees were courteous and respectful. Not only was Jeff's Movers priced competitively when compared to other national franchise movers, their service was outstanding. We had our furniture when promised and without any additional charges. The price quoted was the price charged. Mike who did the initial quotation and made the delivery to AZ is truly an exceptional professional. The office also communicated as well keeping us informed during the time from picking up our possessions to the delivery of possessions. However, when we had our belongings moved out of storage to our next home, trouble began. Items were missing, such as power cords to TVs and frame mounting hardware for our beds. I had to purchase these items. They did have someone come back and put the beds together. When unpacking we found numerous broken items. Some were glued back together such as a bed post and cabinet drawers to our dresser while others were just broken plates and bowls. They didn't do a good job packing our things and were not organized in keeping items together such as the cords and hardware with the furniture. The worse part was the customer service. I have called over 20+ times and sent emails but have not gotten one response. Once we paid for the services all communication ended. I was only looking to be reimbursed for the broken items that they packed and moved. To me, that would be the right thing to do. They should have contacted me to ask how the move went and if we had any issues. I shouldn't have to spend time out of my day to contact them. I understand things can happen during a move, but there is no excuse not to respond to follow up after a move. If you are looking for movers, I don't think you can trust Ferree Movers of Crown Point to do the right thing if something happens to your furniture, appliances, fixtures, etc. I wouldn't use them again in any capacity due to their unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service.
