The outdoor space is gorgeous and I couldn't help, but just sit down for a few to check my email. I wish they went the RH store route with drinks and food out here because it really is the perfect setting and I could see myself enjoying many girls nights out in this space with a drink in hand. I went to the store processed the return with Margaret Fuchs July 25th, their warehouse received the items July 27th as of today I still have not received credit. Margaret has told me twice, a customer service rep by phone and now Robert Georgiou has told me he received an email showing the credit processing it and that is was just processed yesterday. I asked for a copy of the email showing me the credit. He sent me the same pdf I have received twice before with today's date on it. Has never sent me the email from accounting and if it was processed yesterday why does the pdf have today's date? This company is scamming people. I just looked up on google and there are people from all over claiming the same things. Beware!

These were not custom but simply a standard order for merchandise from their vendor yet they refuse to stand behind their product or recommendation and accept a return. Wasted lots of time and money dealing with this awful situation. Disreputable business.

They had 15% off Christmas stuff when I was in but I didn't see anything I needed (and other similar shops I'd visited in Uptown, Andersonville, Wilmette, and even down the street in Winnetka had 40-60% off Christmas items, so it was easy to pass). Staff were friendly and I was greeted by both employees within moments of entering, both happy to help me find anything if needed. If you're looking for a gift, decorating a home, or need advice on either, Madarine Home would not be a bad place to shop. There's a step in order to enter the store, so you may want to call and find out if they have an accessible entrance if you can't manage the step.
