They walked me through every option--bowling times, shoe rentals, food packages, menu choices, how many each package would feed, and all the available add-ons. Everything was clearly explained, itemized, and incredibly easy to understand. A week after booking, more family members decided to come, so I needed to make some changes. Their events team handled everything seamlessly without missing a beat. Their customer service is truly five-star. When we arrived, there was a large welcome sign with our family name on it, which made everyone feel special. Our bowling lanes were ready to go, decorated, and waiting for us. The food arrived fresh, hot, and delicious, and everyone loved it. Most importantly, my kids, grandkids, my wife, and the rest of the family had an amazing time. Plus, you're not allowed to practice chipping either, I don't really understand why. You're only able to get to the course if you're going south and you can only turn right when you leave, with traffic in the city to think about, you're looking at 10-15 minutes spent simply trying to get into and out of the parking lot. The prices are pretty steep as well, I've been to quite a few courses in my day and I just don't see myself coming back to this one anytime soon. (for reference I went July 19, 2025) The only big issue I had was that sometimes when the ball was overshot and landed outside the course, it would go under the fences and were hard to reach but we got lucky both times and were able to retrieve our balls. I felt like they could have constructed the surrounding fences better especially considering how small some of those courses are. You're bound to have your ball go over board some time! Also addressing the heat and water issue from some reviews: I think any activity you do here in SLC in the summer outside is going to be blazing hot so wearing sunscreen and carrying around my water bottle everywhere I go helps! I do get the overpriced issue though as that makes it seem like you'd be catered a little more. But overall we had such a blast and had some silly moments. It was all decorated so cute and didn't feel too long or too short. There was 18 holes in total with some of them having interactive twists which we really liked. I liked how the staff had us start at a hole in the middle of the course in order to prevent waiting for other people to go in front of you. We didn't have to wait at all until the last hole! And I feel like I've had that issue before at mini golf courses before of waiting a lot for the people in front of you, so I felt like this was more efficient. Mini golf is one of me and my boyfriend's favorite activities to do together, so we were super excited when we saw this pop up event.

For cleanliness, I do feel like things get cleaned well and regularly though it could always be done more with how many families come through. The thing I appreciated was the simple and effective teaching points that Kyler provided me. I was able to see immediate improvement on my ball striking and ball flight. I don't play a ton of golf, but I want to play more now that I have some easy things to work on. It will definitely be a more enjoyable experience after having taken a lesson there. I also like the free app they provide that allows me to watch my lesson and to remember the things I need to do to improve. Definitely worth a visit.
