I don't think it was a Monday night special, we were able to play both mini golf courses for $8/person. Some of the holes were super challenging and I could see myself coming back again to try it. It seemed like they were actively working on some of the obstacles so, it will probably change and improve over time. This is a great low stakes outdoor activity for people that want to get a little sunshine with little effort. I only have 2 very minor complains. The first is that the food stand wasn't open when we went there around 2pm on a Monday, but no worries, there was lots of food in the area. We ended up getting food nearby and coming back to finish our game. There's tons of picnic tables around, so they're probably cool with people packing a picnic. We will probably just plan on doing that in the future. Also, when we first showed up, there were TONS of kids, which was a little annoying. They were climbing all over the features and they were impatient with the groups ahead of them on the course. When we came back from grabbing food, around 5, it was way quieter. So my advice if you want to avoid the kids is to come around dinner time or maybe first thing in the morning. We think we accidentally showed up when kids had just gotten let out of school. I could see this place being super busy on the weekends. We will totally come back when we're looking for a cheap activity with friends. The stadium food options are spread throughout. They also have some self serve options where it's also automatic payment. You enter the concessions area and they place a $10 hold on your account. They'll then charge you for whenever your total is when you left. If it's less than $10 you get the money back, more than $10 you're charged the difference. What I did think was cool is that they're connected to a Megaplex that had an arcade and bowling alley. So if your at the game but your kids are getting bored you can send them there.

So it felt like a really intimate private event and we were able to play our music like we wanted to, and then toward the end of our party we had to share the space a little bit. But with the party package the hostess secured we received unlimited drinks from the fountain machine, pizza, and salad. They provided all of the dishes and cleaned up. The birthday child also received a giant card available to be signed by the guests. I don't know if this was just something that our hostess secured or if it's normally an option but she was also able to get passes with a $5 (or so) arcade card for $20 a person. The pass gave us access to unlimited activities and we could reload our arcade card if we wished. Of the activities that I recall are: Laser tag (So fun for adults and kids!), bumper cars, bumper boats, mini golf, bowling, rock climbing, and racing cars (I can't remember the actual name of it). We were not there for long enough to get to do anything more than once because we wanted to experience so much, then I bet if we went back and we went in at open we would be able to enjoy a lot. There's also a food area should you want to buy food or lunch while you are there. I don't know the rules on exiting and re-entering.

Let me just put this out there-I'm not a golfer. Like, at all. Mini golf? Sure! But full blown, 18…read moreholes-nah. So take my review for what it's worth. I saw a Facebook event for a date night-various golf challenges, a little bit of instruction, dessert in your golf cart while watching the sun set over the mountains. Sounds perfect, right? Yeah, it pretty much was. When my wife and I arrived, we immediately felt out of our league. All the other couples were wearing golf-appropriate attire (Nike everywhere!) and practicing putting while we waited. We took a few eyebrow-raised glances, but were determined to have a good time. We were sitting in prime real estate-the shade-while we waited for instruction to begin our night of adventure. A few folks joined us, including one person whom we later learned to be one of the instructors, and started up some casual conversation. We found that each of the challenges was fun, but also led by professional golf instructors who were extremely patient and rather good at what they do. They recognized that we were newbies and gave us simple tips to get started. Everyone was very friendly, we did not feel like we were unwelcome at all. By the end of the night, my wife was asking about taking lessons. We had so much fun, the instructors were all so good and the course is just beautiful. What's not to love? We'll be back.

There are two things stopping this course from being great:…read more1) dry, dead-pan fairways that feel like hitting approach shots off of asphalt 2) bunkers look like they've been emptied and are now conprised of pebbles and compacted sand (or just filled with the cheapest unsifted sand available) and some bunkers even have grass growing in them. Other than the general under watering and sorry bunker execution, it's still a somewhat attractive course.
