Now this place is cool. It's huge with a massive arcade, bowling, axe throwing and some yummy food and drinks to choose from. We only did the bowling and food portion. So we ordered our food and then went to bowl. The bowling portion is fun you get your own lane and there is several games to chose from. My kid and our family had so much fun. Now our food was delivered by a robot which I thought was kind of cool. We only ordered pizza. We ordered personal cheese pizza and a supreme pizza and if I had to compare it to a pizza place I would say it tasted just like Chuck E. Cheese and our family freaking loves their pizza. So crispy and the perfect thinness and flavor. Also not to greasy. Overall this place is great for families, adults, groups or just dates. Oh also they have a black light mini golf. read more

JetBlue had a company party here and it was amazing!!! Unlimited everything was awesome! This place has everything they even gave us arcade credits and unlimited bowling, mini golf, and laser tag! I particularly enjoyed the bowling and the buffet. I found it convenient that the bowling shoes were pretty true to size which isn't always my experience. The balls were nice and a variety of weights. The pizza was very expected of a bowling place. I would love to do another private event here and it's the perfect company party spot for all ages! One thing that u found a bit frustrating is the seating situation at the bowling. The way the control pads are situated is perfectly blocking the view of the pins while seated on the corresponding coach. This can be avoided if you get a side ways couch lane. The other group that bowls might also often be in your way which seemed to keep napping to us. read more

The bartender today (11/15 around 12-2) was SO rude. We had a big group in for a birthday and he was so snappy, miserable and refused to allow us to order more than one drink at a time without yelling "one drink at a time!" At us (we ordered 3 scooby snacks and 3 tequila shots lol). He sighed out loud when adding more drinks to our orders which was crazy. He also smacked my boyfriend's hand when he tried to tap his card to pay for the last round we got (my boyfriend didn't know you needed to select the tip before tapping the card. The staff was extremely unhelpful when trying to help or deal with the arcades. Managers laughed and walked away. We brought a large group of friends and their kids there. Spent well over $1000 as a group and none of us will be back. Multiple machines were broken and calibrated to where kids couldn't win. It was extremely terrible as staff knew. We combined all the tickets as hard as it was just to win them to try to get one large stuff animal but were short. Which we also had bought a lot of food and helpful to staff cleaning up. It was so bad and the price for what you get is less than Boondocks and kids can win things there and staff is super helpful and kind. We usually go a few times a month as a group and decide let's give all star a try again and welp huge mistake!! Never will we. I love the convenience of this location, and have given it MUCH BUSINESS over the years. This includes my own activities with my family, (my personal own, and hugely second, work related business events).... All ranging from my own personal kids bday parties, private room rentals, personal entertainment, reserved spaces, even an entire rental of this facility for a large work company party I was in charge of. Let us not forget, the food paid for in result for these events. Believe it or not....there used to even be a buffet at this location I would take my employees too! The lack of common decency and courtesy would astound anyone who visited here. I am super lenient in what I criticize, we are all trying to survive in a hard economy, and I know being a business owner, that good employees are hard to come by! However, this place has failed TIME AND TIME again, no matter what money has been spent to them on my or my companies behalf. I am now dealing with a 10 year relationship of business to them. This reflects on an entire rental space, or even your basic entertainment for yourself or your family outing. Employees at this location, are truly awful. I was bowling next to a lady (2 days ago mind you) (Whom asked me "If we were treated as terribly as she was when trying to purchase a lane to bowl") I completely understood her frustration, as we yet again personally, were treated so poorly trying to pay for a simple (not busy whatsoever) service. It truly is insanity. Her approaching me is what this took for me to finally leave an honest response/clarity to my own frustrations over the years. I truly was so frustrated for her, for me, and for every person that is treated poorly here. Never again will I personally spend my hard earned money, nor will I spend a work establishments money on a place like this ever again My only hope is that management can see these types of reviews, and truly address the injustice that is a constant at this location. I would LOVE to see this location thrive. However, the managers, employees, etc, running this, will absolutely destroy them with complete lack of care, knowledge, and simple good customer service. People are trying to come and have a good time here. It is truly terrible, to be met with constant hostility for absolutely nothing but trying to give business to you. I don't need to break it down anymore, but it does MATTER. I promise it matters at least for return business when people are treated that poorly. The only good experience today was Brock! He was awesome! Lanes not waxed (other people mentioned the same thing), tried to change lanes or get a refund and they instantly said refund. The girl at the front only cared about her phone and the guy that checked us in walked all over the lane when we asked if they were waxed. He said, I don't know much about bowling, I'm not a bowler. So it's another birthday party hot spot. They have at least six party rooms, and they seem to accommodate at least 30 kids per room. Each guest attending the party rooms receive a $5.00 card for playing games, laser tag, and bumper cars. All the kids seem to enjoy all the activities, and they didn't want to stop. There is an assistant to provide help, however, we didn't get much help serving pizza or cake. However, they do clean up all mess which is great. Michelle the operator was 0 help. I called to retrieve my card I had accidentally left at the bar with a tab. And she responded with they're busy, and there's no one that can help you. We had just left and I had no doubt it my mind that's the last place I used it. She continued to cuss me out on the phone when I asked to speak directly to them or to her manager and proceeded to hang up on me. Im here on military leave, and only want to ensure that we do not spend extra money. But she made it clear that she was 0 help when she told me there's no sign of a "lost phone" when that's not even what I am looking for. She originally refused to give me her name but when I asked for her supervisor instead she finally gave me her first name. Operators like this with absolutely no customer service skills should not hold a job when they simply can't take on a simple task in a respectful way. So, we come here as a family to bowl, play arcades, and laser tag. The family and kids love it. The last time there were issues with the bowling alley and one employee was not the best at customer service to the point we started second guessing coming here again. I brought it up to the manager, and wow, this manager did more than make up for the deficiency of the employee. He not only apologized, he wanted to make things right and he did. I think of this as a bowling alley, but that's wrong. It's not just a bowling alley. In fact, it's actually a small bowling alley when you get right down to it. That's because it's not JUST a bowling alley, it's so much more than that. It's an arcade. And a bar/lounge. And laser tag. And bumper cars. And mini bowling. Whereas there are other entertainment centers that are all affiliated and they sell you (and tens of thousands of others) a mega pass for mega cheap, this is still the good old fashioned pay as you go. And it shows. Whereas the other pass-based places are run down and jenky, All Star is nice. This is a new-ish location, and it's a nice facility. I haven't been into the bar/lounge (called Pins & Ales) but it looked nice from the outside. All Star is owned by the same folks who own Bonneville Brewing, so you'll get your choice of locally brewed beer if you go to the lounge. But whether inside or out, you can get food. It's pretty standard pub fare (pizzas, nachos, etc) but it's fine. Nothing crazy, and it's actually reasonably priced. Most places bring you in and hold you hostage (think: airports) and charge whatever they want, but I fed a small group for about $20. Speaking of prices, check their website. You probably won't find deals on the weekends, but in off peak times there are often specials to be had. Cheaper rates after certain hours, or deep discount nights, or bundle deals, or whatever. As bowling goes, it's a small alley. The seating is a little awkward and you're kind of open to the group in the adjacent lanes. But it's nice and in great condition. You can pay by the game, or pay by the hour. I've recently come to appreciate well-rounded and dynamic experiences like this. Sure, it's nice when something has one great aspect to it. Specialization, as it were. But there's a lot to be said for something like All Star, that's got so much to offer in once package that you hardly can take it all in. read more

So sad how terrible this place has become. We've been regulars for years. We've dumped so much money into the arcade games, it's crazy! But we always had an amazing time with our kids so I didn't mind. As of late, the employees are incredibly rude, nearly every arcade game is out of service, the ticket redemption area has next to nothing in it, and the bathrooms don't even get serviced. First time at this bowling alley and I'm super impressed! This place is huge! Tons of arcades, clean, and updated! They have an adult/bar part of the bowling alley with about a dozen lanes and tvs everywhere! Looks awesome to host a private party. I loved how nice this place was. I've been bowling for years and as much as old grungy, stinky bowling alleys are apart of the culture and perhaps bowling tradition. It's nice to do it at more of an upscale place. When we've called in the 4-5 times we've been told just reserve on the site. Every time we have mentioned it's for a birthday party. So we finally go in. The bright lights and sounds are appealing but deceiving. The games and attractions advertised by the bright lights and sounds rarely work. After making my game card and attraction purchases, I quickly realized I had been duped. The air hockey has no puck, 1/2 the skee ball games don't work, and the VR game doesn't work. To top it off, they ask $10+ for a stale pretzel and yesterdays cheez whiz. You're better off spending your money on in-app purchases - even if you're looking for a good time for the kids. read more

We scheduled escapeology on my daughters birthday. April 3rd 2023. As we were waiting my daughter got sick so we went to get our money back. The employee there said to call the manager in the morning and he would refund our money. We called the following morning and the manager told us they do not give refunds so we had to reschedule. There were 6 of us and we were trying to pin down a schedule we rescheduled and had to reschedule again. We finally got it to where everyone could go and called to move it to Thursday and they told us we were not able to move it. So they just get to keep the money at $30 a person for this?! My husband said it was unacceptable that they could just reschedule the guy on the line refused and hung up on him. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and he hung up on me. If this is how they allow employees to treat customers we will not be going back. Not to any location. The phone number is the same for all locations. The food was super good for a bowling place. Me and my two friends were surprised at how good the food was. We got the vegaterian pizza and the roasted hummus with vegetables. It was funny the cashier took a while to find those items in his system. At one point he even asked us if we are sure those items were from the menu. As for the entertainment - I felt distracted by how many projector screens there were. Very clean and well kept place though. We werent happy with our mini golf experience - the courses and setup/decor were great but there were clubs just littered randomly (a tripping hazard). And there were a bunch of 4 or 5 yr olds running around with no supervision with clubs in their hands and smashing at the decorations. None of the employees came out to check on them. read more
