I was calling around to find a new masseuse in the area, and stumbled across Healing path massage…read more First off, many places didn't even respond to the Yelp request for more information, but Healing Path did! She was professional from beginning to end. She actually didn't have any appointments available at first, but squeezed us in for treatment even though it wasn't the full time we wanted initially. It was not in a commercial building, which made us feel less like a buck to be made and more like a client she wanted to help. The actual treatment was way better than others in the past. Thai massage is something she appears to specialize in, and without all of the pain and heavy pressure, she was able to release areas of tension and have immediate relief from soreness. During the treatment, she took some time to show some stretching that we could use at-home to maintain the progress she was making, which definitely was noted and appreciated. After the appointment, she followed up and sent videos as a reminder of the stretches she wanted us to continue. If you are an athlete especially, and in need of treatment, definitely consider Healing Path in Fuquay-Varina! I am looking forward to going back soon for a longer session.

After my first Thai massage here I knew I found the key to improving my flexibility and reducing muscle pain. Regular massages just don't cut it anymore, Thai massages are so much better. Aggy is continuously learning and improving her practice. She ensures you are comfortable throughout the massage and explains the process as she goes. Thai massages are individualized so each massage is custom to you and how you are feeling in that moment. The floor mat and pillows are comfortable and the temperature is ideal. I highly recommend booking a 90+ minute massage. I did a few 60 minute massages and definitely wished I had booked more time. The attention to detail, from the hot towels on my feet and back to the heated face mask over my eyes when I was flipped over , the pressure, the knowledge and her flow was superb! Bravo! We've been to numerous places for massage over the years. Zen is one of the few where the masseuses used the perfect pressure and worked the exact areas we wanted (even without us specifying). Tina and Amy are strong and provide deep pressure massages (and use oil and hot stones) so I recommend them if that is your preference. Their adorable dog greeted us during and after our massage. She asks at the start of each session about the problem areas. Once started, she is very intuitive about what needs attention and spends time there. She will vary the pressure if asked (she takes time to verbally check). But, frankly, she is so in tune with the depth I need, I almost always say, "already perfect." I leave feeling more relaxed and less tense. Her efforts are not just "feel good" in the moment... the positive healing results are lasting.
