Fine Strokes has an awesome website which you can get all the info you need on microblading, scheduling an appointment, and reading up on pre & post care. Vinny did my procedure and touch up as well. The studio is located inside Sola Salon & Suites near Costco in Shelby Twp so it's a single-room studio. However it's spic and span clean and excellent lighting. Vinny is so friendly and patient he wants to make sure he delivers what you want. I was pretty picky with my shape but he was so patient. For those of you who don't know, this procedure hurts! The numbing cream he used helped but if you know what this procedure is, then you'll expect some pain. My brows looked amazing after the first time he did them. I did the microblading + shading. He was very thorough in explaining the after care & provided a great topical gel to use. When I came back for my touchup 3 weeks later it was all the same experience, which is good. However both appointments I had to wait for quite a bit of time as he was finishing up a previous client. I appreciated that he acknowledged that & apologized for the inconvenience. I am pretty much happy with my brows however my skin must not have taken the strokes/pigment as well as others' skin does. Vinny is good about warning customers about that effect. The highly coveted microblading look does not last on all skin types. So mine you can somewhat see the lines, but it's mostly blurry. Not a great feeling considering all the money I spent here.

Read a few reviews on different places and chose Alphonse Beauty. I decided to do a tint/shaping service first and Amanda said, I was correct in starting that way. My eyebrows looked amazing after and I got a Lot of compliments from my family members. I definitely will be getting the powder brow technique Amanda suggests is best for me. UPDATE: I had the Powder Brow done and couldn't be Happier. It's been over 21 days and everything Amanda tells you will happen, does. I did not experience a lot of itching or discomfort during this process. If you have been hesitant about doing this kind of procedure, schedule an appointment with her, you won't be disappointed.

The first time I went, Shannon said weather it takes 1 visit for you to be happy or 4 we are in this together and I will not charge you anymore money. I found out today, because I had no eyebrows for the "ink" ect., to stick to, that is way it has taken this many times. Guess what, Shannon has never charged me another time and given me any supplies I needed each time I went. Hopefully today will be the last time I need to go, but if not, Shannon said let me know. No one has ever been able to draw on my brows as well as me so when I say I found the best brow artist in Michigan I mean it bcuz I wouldn't let just anyone do this to my face. The technique I had done isn't microblading but, similar in the sense that its semi-permanent, it's called #OmbrePowderBrows. It will darken over time & in 6 weeks I will go for a touch up. It didn't hurt too bad & it lasts for 1-3 years. I HIGHLY recommend LoAnn, she has a GIFT!!! She can just look at your face & know exactly how your brows are meant to look.
