Went here for lip filler and Botox specials almost 2 years ago. I never left a review at the time,…read morebut now that I'm going to get filler and have to have everything dissolved and redone since it was so poorly placed and overfilled- Im more than a little annoyed and deciding to do so. The injector I went to ended up totally botching and unevenly placing my lip filler here. I reminded her multiple times at the consult that I didn't want the keyhole look because I saw she did that with some clients- she still gave me a keyhole (lol). Also, the top lip was bigger than the bottom and wayyy too much filler was placed on one side, so it was bigger than the other side and lumpy. She said this is how her clients "naturally swell" because of the technique she uses, and to give it a few weeks. After a few weeks, you can see in the picture that the upper left side on my lip was obviously still bigger than the right side. I went back to have it fixed and she ended up having to put more filler in the other side of my lip to even it out (yes I paid for another syringe to do this). When I mentioned how the top lip was still bigger than the bottom lip, she said that we would wait to put more in the bottom lip because she thought the top lip would even out to be proportionate as the swelling subsided (I still had half a syringe left). After a couple more weeks, I called to confirm that I wanted to come in and use the last half of my syringe that I had remaining to fill out the bottom lip to make it even since it was in fact NOT proportionate. The front desk told me that I had no remaining filler left. I reached out to the injector directly about this since she said I could come back, and she ignored me (lol). I don't mind that she messed up, we're all human and that's going to happen. I just didn't care for how instead of owning up to it, she kept gaslighting me saying it wasn't messed up and that it "looked good" and then acted like I was an inconvenience for coming in to get it fixed. Never once did I act rude or upset, and I tipped every time I went for injections and to get it fixed. (This is the first medspa that has also ever asked me to tip for Injectables). Overall, vibes were not good here and I would avoid if you're expecting professional & reliable treatment

I have driven past this place multiple times thinking to myself "eh I don't need my lashes done but that looks like a cute place!" I scheduled a 30 minute Hydra Facial with Kelsey and it was totally meant to be! We have a lot of things in common health wise and it was great to get her opinions on new products. My face felt so refreshed right after I left, and even today it still feels hydrated. I already scheduled my next facial with her and added on a peel.

Edited: After contacting the owner she replied back quickly. She states to give it more time to darken. Stating the process breaks 3 layers of skin vs. 7 layers with a traditional tattoo. We both agreed to see what happens in a week or so...I like to be fair so we will see. So far I'm not too pleased. Edited: 9 days out and my eyebrows HAVE darkened. I'm feeling apologetic for being so quick to judgment. They are now a nice brown and I'm certain with a follow up they will be beautiful. So be aware AHEAD of time your brows will fade after the first procedure. Don't spaz out like I did. Give it time to properly heal and you will love the results.

She lighted tinted only my brows barely. It was the most ineffective tint I have ever seen and I have been to very high-end shops. She (will remain nameless) would not let me see the charge and said and the said 'I ask everyone to punch in their own credit card number'. This was very sneaky and fraudulent. This is in the strip mall right near Planet Fitness, on Orchard Lake Rd. The place is rather huge which I was not expecting. I was getting a pedicure and my friend was getting a blowout. We were both very happy with our experiences here. The only reason I am giving them four stars instead of five is that it's a bit pricey, although I believe it's on par with other places in the area. Both of our services were $50 each before tip, and I got a regular pedicure, not a gel pedicure; a gel pedicure would have been $75. Other than that it was a very nice place and I would return for a manicure or pedicure.
