I met Dulce as a therapist at a chiropractic office back in 2019. After the first visit I knew that she was capable of more than massages. She focused on hip mobility and trigger points in my hips, which I had never experienced before. Right after the first visit I noticed more mobility and less tightness in my lower back. I continued going to the chiropractor for years, never really experiencing a unique plan to better my posture and mobility. I would tell the chiropractor my recent pain, etc. and they would do the same exact adjustments they use on every single patient. I never really felt like the chiropractors came up with a unique treatment plan and definitely never experienced long lasting results. I really ended up just going to the chiropractor for the massages, which I am sure I am not the only one. Since Dulce branched out and started Divine Posture I started seeing her more frequently. Only about 2 times a month, until I injured my tailbone. I went to her and told her what happened and instantly she changed my therapy to fit my unique condition. This really was an eye opener, realizing that her therapy was uniquely designed for my current condition/injury. After that I decided I would go weekly and really focus on her prescriptive therapy sequences and stretches. My weekly therapy with Dulce started May 15th and I have noticed drastic results in less than 2 months. I get compliments on how much better my posture has gotten and feel much less pain along with more energy. Here are two images of my posture. The first was taken in 2021 (bad posture) and the second was taken in July 2023 (showing my posture after 2 months of Dulce's weekly therapy). I will admit, this does not come easy, I have been doing her therapy workouts and stretches daily! I still have a long way to go, but it is noticeable that my ears are more in line with my hips and shoulders. I honestly cannot believe the impact that postural alignment and joint mobility can have on one's overall wellbeing. Since corrected, my energy and overall positivity on my mood has greatly increased. I always thought these corrective exercises were a joke and your really need to focus on weight training to have a positive impact, but I was wrong. These seemingly simple corrective exercises are extremely difficult when your tiny structural muscles aren't working properly. Strengthening them with bodyweight exercises and stretches improves how well your entire body functions. I cannot be more satisfied with Dulce's corrective therapy! read more

Where to begin... Dulce is an incredible woman who really takes the time to look and listen to your body. I came in after visiting the doctor multiple times about my neck hump. I work on the computer 8 hrs a day and prior to that, I spent countless hours on my laptop for college. Several referrals after, and my doctors said it was just a hump. The only way to get rid of it was cosmetic surgery (if it really bugged me that much). I came to Divine Posture on a friend's recommendation and not only is she helping me with my hump, she's also teaching me how to walk! I've had sciatic nerve issues for about 2 years and it seems to keep getting worse and worse. Every day I wake up 3-4 times a night with excruciating pain in my calf.
