Now, I had to go through all of the rigmarole of unlocking my medical spending account that was locked by Sage Dermatology for non payment- a payment issue that they caused! While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment). I would suggest going elsewhere, especially if you're a student. Reception team was great, however!
