He always offer suggestions on style and products. Eric always schedules my next appointment before I leave the salon, making everything convenient. The rustic decor offers a home relaxing feeling. It helps me relax and forget about the outside world. The space between each booth is nice, we can have a private conversation and without having to over speak each other. I tried to wait 24 hours to see if it would grow on me and i completely hate it. STILL HATE IT I contacted her and was only given the option of one day in her ENTIRE calendar to fix it. The appointment itself was great. Excellent above par service in a clean comfortable environment. Not only that but now that I am a few days out I was able to wash my hair and let air dry to reveal she cut my hair exactly as asked (I have curly hair and she blow dried it smooth). I won't be going anywhere else for my hair in Pueblo. Yes, Aveda salons can be a little pricy but their high quality products and service make it worth the additional costs in my opinion. This salon was actually incredibly reasonably priced compared to others with equivalent products/services.

I kept telling him to not do it because it was going to rip layers of my real bail off and he barely listened. Then after getting my tips on he cut them too short and when he filed them they were all different lengths and shapes. A lot of them weren't straight and were a mess. He also nicked my finger and split open the side of my cuticle causing it to bleed really bad. He continued to put some kind of liquid on it and I almost started crying because it hurt so bad. He did that twice and then tried to file the skin around the cut and I had to tell him 4 times not to and then tell him I'm serious not to touch the cut because it hurts. I've never wanted to get out of a nail salon so fast in my life!!!!!
