Very sweet girl. Waited weeks for an appointment…read more But when you drop $200 to get chunky blonde with darker lowlights and leave with just a darker brown than you came in with (I had all documented communication where I told her repeatedly I wanted my blonde back and how I hated the mousy light brown), I have to frown upon that... this was simply poor service for the exorbitant price. I tried to wait 24 hours to see if it would grow on me and i completely hate it. STILL HATE IT I contacted her and was only given the option of one day in her ENTIRE calendar to fix it. I work in a busy hospital and I can't just drop a day to go on her only available day she was willing to rectify this. Sad that I really was hoping to find a reliable place in pueblo.

Dear 2 woman/ or Eric, I am writing to express my…read moredissatisfaction with the service I received at your Root salon. My appointment was with stylist Jimmy and unfortunately, their unprofessional and rude behavior severely impacted my experience. During my appointment, Jimmy, was rude & unprofessional. I found this behavior to be uncalled for in ever aspect of integrity. . A professional salon environment should be welcoming and positive, and this was not my experience. This incident is particularly disappointing This experience has left me with a very poor impression of the service and your name.

It's so hard to find an actual spa around here that's available and actually worth the experience…read more I found this place and figured to give it a try. I called on a Saturday and usually most places are extremely busy and booked for weeks out. The receptionist was able to schedule me today since there was an cancellation. I come in and the place is beautiful, clean and quiet. You can tell they take pride in their presentation and they had customers coming in and out which let me know people were pleased. Jessica was the one who did my facial, I decided to get the dermabrasion to help with some scarring and discoloration I was having. Jessica was extremely profesional and knowledgable about what was best for my skin. She took her time and actually made this session so relaxing that I actually went to sleep, LOL! It was so peaceful and the rooms are set up to make you feel rested and comfortable. The sessions are about an hour and you can instantly see the improvements. Like most places they try to sell you products but here that did not happen. Their honesty and professionalism will make me a recurring costumer. I hope if you are in the area to give them a chance at least once. Thank you again for awesome service, ladies!

I've been going here for years on and off but sadly I will NOT be coming back. I planned to make an…read moreappointment for a few things, called when they weren't open and then when they were open I got a call from a MALE receptionist. NO name stated of his, no normal phone etiquette before asking about appointments--he just immediately asked if I would be scheduling a BRAZILIAN. Practically threw up in my mouth, I was just immediately so uncomfortable and grossed out. Will be finding somewhere else to go to, expeditiously!! EDIT: Thank you for the additional information that wasn't known to me when I made the original comment. I've never had a bad experience at the business in the past, and I reacted in the immediate shock of the encounter. Over the years, TWB had become a space where I felt safe, particularly because my experiences there had always been with women. I've had traumatic experiences in the past that have led me to intentionally seek out women-only spaces whenever possible, which is why this interaction affected me so strongly. With the additional context, I recognize that my original characterization was stronger than warranted and understand now that the questions were part of the business's standard process. In hindsight, I think there was a misunderstanding on both sides of the encounter. I appreciate the clarification and have reconsidered my initial assessment, which is reflected in my updated review.

I had asked for finger waves and rather than just telling me that my hair was too long for that kind of style, she had my friend look up how to do it and then slapped some product on my head and gave it her best effort.
