I went there today to get my nails done for prom, I left in tears. I asked for simple long…read morestraight nails with a colored French tip and to add some red, instead I got curved nails that wouldn't let my finger tip touch the table. they glued my skin with the nail tip and then sent me to the chair to get my toes done. my feet turned out nice and the young women was really welcoming, but the nail polish and designing was terrible. I didn't get anything close to what I came for the nail polish was chuncky, the red had darker puddles of red, there was no actual shape to the nail just a thick curved rectangle with indents in the middle, and when I got home my nails polish had already chipped ALOT... I cut them off right away I'd be embarrassed to have these in my prom pictures, she didn't quiet seem to care about quality or customer satisfaction.
