I hate looking through racks at other consignment shops only to love a top and find out it's a size 4. I've had the pleasure of coming here 2x so far. First to shop and second to consign. Shopping: The store is very well organized and sized!! Very boutiquey, decorated beautifully and also offers jewelry, handbags and shoes. There also an area to try on. Of course I bought some stuff :) Prices are fair and there's always some sort of sale. Consigning: By far the most hassle-free and pleasant consigning experience I've ever had. Simply bring in your clothing, neatly pressed and recently laundered on hangers. No more than 50 items at a time. Tip: Leave the Wal-mart, K-mart, Old Navy and Target brands at home. Call them for more details about consigning if you're interested. xoxo My Big's Sister's Closet xoxo

The majority of the clothing here is trendy without being over-the-top youthful that an older woman wouldn't feel comfortable shopping (looking at you, Forever 21). The carry a ton of Ivy & Leo clothing. Some of their sales can be great at the turn of a season (50-75% off). I would like to see them boast a larger shoe selection as they usually only have a few styles available when compared to their clothing selection. The service here is pretty standard for boutiques - they promptly asked me if I needed to start a fitting room and were able to answer my pricing questions. They didn't go above and beyond with asking me if I needed new sizes or pulling other items they thought I would like. One interesting thing to note is that the staff seemed incredibly young - high school to early college-aged, I wasn't really sure who was in charge. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the Park Road Shopping Center area!

The shop offers a beautiful selection of upscale designer clothing from Gucci, Saint Laurent, Sacai, and others. Everything was arranged by colors. Clothes are toward the front with accessories in the center and back, shoes in the far right corner. Staff were gracious and friendly. They left me alone to shop on my own, but they were there to answer questions and help in any way. I visited during the summer when some items were on sale. I tried on a stunning pleated skirt that was about 40-40% off. Still pricey, but it was fun to try on. I didn't walk out with anything in hand, but I would come back to see what was new.

I have always wanted to check this place out, after entering into the store, I smelled something expensive. I fell in love with one of their YSL blue hand clutch, that was to die for -- but cannot afford it. They carry Celine bags, not readily carried at Neiman's. Their shoe selections were good, my friend and I loved their Givenchy white stilettos with the zipper rim that was $650. If I had the money, yes I would shop here. I give it four stars, because the selections they had were actually nice, the place is clean and spacious, and upstairs (Poole Shop) had contemporary clothing, jewelry, candles/lotions, and sale selections that we ended up getting (green tank $19 and organic light beige for $49)! Clothing for the win!

More than any other boutique, Boem seems to have the most variety of big, bold necklaces...exotic tribal styles, statement pieces, etc.etc. You're sure to find something cute (in apparel or accessories) during your excursion here. I found some of their clothing way overpriced...a ballpark of $200 for some of their tops (even T-Shirts!), for instance. Jewelry isn't cheap either, but relatively cheaper? This is a fairly big store, with a long layout, but they have SO much stuff, it's a bit packed in...and hard to manueuver around, but only if the store is fairly crowded. They do have HUGE, private, walk-in closets though (only 3?)...so plenty of privacy. One other thing I didn't like was that on my last visit, they were playing Country-Western music...which I didn't think fit the look and style of the store at all (unless maybe it's moving in that direction?). Before that, they always played cool, more metro type music. So guess I don't love EVERYTHING about this boutique...but no matter, this is a fun, eclectic boutique...with lots of relaxed, Bohemian styles (very Californian?), which I tend to wear often. Also, like I mentioned, a great selection of chunky necklaces!

We had to circle the lot and eventually found a spot. The shop sells ladies clothing that has kind of a laidback, California style. Some of the items look like pieces you could wear to concerts or events like Coachella. The layout is easy to navigate - bralettes and crop tops at the front, jeans and shorts in the center on tables, skirts and dresses on the left side of the wall, tops and outerwear mixed in at the back and in the center across from the registers, and shoes on the right side of the shop. Staff greeted everyone warmly and told us to let them know if we had questions or needed help. I was there to browse. While I didn't see anything this trip, it was a pleasant space - perhaps not my style of clothing, but they had some great pieces. Definitely plan in advance with regard to parking - it could be tricky to find a spot.

You informed me that the item was donated and even identified where it was supposedly donated. However, when I contacted that organization, I was told they never received my furniture. That raises a very legitimate question: if the item was not received by the organization you identified, what actually happened to it? At this point, I am looking for transparency and documentation. If the item was donated, please provide proof of the donation, including the date and recipient. If it was not donated, then please explain where it went.Your response focuses heavily on the contract, but it does not address the discrepancy regarding the item's final disposition. As a customer, I have every right to question why the information I was given does not appear to be accurate. From my perspective, being told an item was donated to a specific place when that place states they never received it creates serious concerns. I hope you can understand why that would lead me to question whether the item was actually donated, sold, or otherwise disposed of in a manner different from what I was told. I would appreciate a factual explanation and supporting documentation rather than further personal accusations about whose fault this is.
