Nate told me he'd have my project done within a week... I paid him half up front, which was a huge…read moremistake. I had to text and call him every day for a month to get him to complete half of the job, and ultimately had to get someone else to finish my retaining wall. When it came time to pour concrete, he told me he spent the money I gave him and if I wanted it done that day I'd have to pay the concrete truck. He covered my driveway in hydraulic fluid, and my freshly painted house and newly installed railings in concrete. The slope of the pad he did is completely off, and the patches he did to fix his horrible workmanship don't match. The retaining wall footing he poured was completely off - almost 3 inches out at one end. Not a single form was used. I had to ask him to drill and place rebar into the existing concrete, which was not epoxied in. All of the rebar he placed is still touching dirt, I'm sure of it. Also, he didn't cut a single control joint. He left a huge pile of dirt in my yard from excavating for the retaining wall (which I had to pay someone else to move) and completely destroyed the asphalt in front of my house. Overall, an absolute nightmare of a project that would've came out better if I just did it myself. I'm still trying to get him to come out and fix it, but he consistently assures me he will be at my house at a certain time, and never shows up. His favorite time to come out is an hour before dark. I will be taking him to court, and I urge everyone to reconsider before hiring him for their project. I've already reported him to the BBB. For transparency - a 5k project has turned into over 30k in repairs. What a bargain!

He actually marked off the entire yard the way it should be giving me various options on what may work, and what might not work. He even went to the extent of going to the county and making sure that we could keep our well intact as we have a pool. He very carefully worked around my favorite tree, so as not to kill it, and The cleanup on the yard was even better than I expected for just being the construction portion of a septic being replaced. He was very respectful and kind gentleman and I was very very impressed. He made sure that the system was large enough for our home. He also gave me information on how to help a septic last longer.
