I have two very different, full of personality huskies and I always trust WoofTang 110%. I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. Note: my dogs could attend our wedding BECAUSE of Lexi and Tai's training with them.

Kiko loves it here and I can rest easy knowing that he is safe and being looked after.read more

Her training program is fun, informative, and effective. I first came to Susan after a recommendation from a close friend. My dog Chloe needed some help learning her proper manners. After the very first class I knew we were in good hands. Susan's training is based on positive reinforcement. Chloe passed through the first and second courses with flying colors. She is now in her third course and is on track to graduate with the Canine Good Citizen certification. We recently adopted another dog that needs training and I knew exactly where to go! Ruby has learned so much after only two classes! If you have a puppy or a dog that needs training I highly recommend Wagging Willow. You will have fun with your pupper, learn a lot, and form a deeper bond with your furry family member.

Their entire team has provided the best possible experience we could ever expect from a dog training service. Both the in-home one-on-one trainings and the group trainings have been such a blessing to our miniature dachshund puppies. The improvement they have shown has been unbelievable and we owe it all to the Wagging Willow team. We want to give an extra special shoutout to Susan for the constant tips and advice about food, potty training, and literally anything else we need. She puts in so much extra time and effort. She has truly gone above and beyond our expectations for a dog trainer. I can't imagine a better experience than we've had with Susan. If you have a dog, you need training with Wagging Willow. I recommend them to any dog owner, novice (like us) or experienced. Tell them Hazel and Honey sent you. :)

The instructors were all helpful and I loved seeing my dog's progress. We were diligent about attending and practicing. When both my grandfather and mother fell ill and died within 3 months of each other during the holiday season of 2024, I could no longer make the sessions with my dog. Truly they were forgotten during this time of extreme hardship. A couple months later when I could breathe again, I remembered our sessions and went to reserve a class but couldn't because my package had expired. I called and was told that nothing could be done, as this was the policy. These are privately-owned franchise locations, and the owners have the ability to create and revise policies to help their customers - it is their choice to take a customer's money in upfront packages and then refuse to extend any goodwill or flexibility. The classes I attended were rarely full. It would not have hurt their business in any way to allow me to utilize the classes I had already purchased. Looking at other reviews, they have a pattern of treating customers this way. If they had let me use the classes that I bought, I surely would've kept coming and even bought more sessions. But it's not worth it to me to support a business that treats its customers like this.

We have been going to classes since she was just over 6th months old, we were biweekly/weekly for the first year and a half and now we pop in every few months for practice. We did a few private classes to troubleshoot issues and those were very productive and I felt the staff went above and beyond helping my dog overcome her fear of the teeter. The staff is incredible, they are all welcoming, kind and so knowledgeable. They have great suggestions in fixing behaviors and ate always willing to help with different training techniques. I would still go weekly if I could, and I fully plan to take all of my future puppies/dogs here for training and socializing.

I proceeded to take the intermediate and advanced courses with her as well. She was so easy to work with, so kind and helpful. She later went on to form Down Home Dog Training. I worked with her a few months ago as I enrolled my dog in a week long boot camp training. I had gotten lazy with his training and let him slip into a few behavioral problems. I emailed Lindsay and explain my problems and she came up with reasonable solutions. When my dog, Hermes, came back after the week, I continued to work with the commands he had been taught. He had completely changed his ways and it was great. I now felt more confident about taking him out in public and to restaurants. He also became more manageable on walks. Lindsay continued to text me weeks after the training to make sure there were no problems. And if there were problems, we met up and had private training sessions to make sure I kept everything in control. She is a great trainer, I definitely recommend.

PLEASE READ IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING THIS FACILITY!…read more After giving my dog a month to readjust, I'm leaving an honest review of my experience. I chose this business because of its reviews and proximity. I explained that my German Shepherd puppy had service-dog potential but I couldn't train him myself due to health reasons. The owner seemed knowledgeable, so I invested over $2,400 for their basic obedience board-and-train. From the start, there were red flags. The contract included extra charges--such as several hundred dollars for potty training--despite those services being advertised as included. They also charged a mandatory $55 bath fee. (This is important later on) During his stay, communication was minimal and our dog rarely appeared on their social media until we specifically requested more updates. At pickup, the trainer demonstrated commands using a prong collar fitted far too loosely and incorrectly. When my puppy hesitated, the trainer harshly snapped the leash, making him yelp, cry, and visibly shut down in fear. Despite this, he continued applying hard corrections until he got up from the ground. After returning home, we discovered they never gave back his collar and he smelled strongly of urine and feces, despite the bath charge. While settling him in after bathing him ourselves, we also found a 5-6 inch injury on his thigh. A vet confirmed it was rope burn and that he also had a staph infection--both of which occurred during his time there. None of this was disclosed to us when it happened or at the end of his stay. Previously, they had refused to give me a tour of their facility. After everything that happened, I contacted animal control to get more information. Anyone considering this facility should know that their animal control records are public and free to request. The reports include dogs dying in their care, kennels covered in feces and urine, roach infestations, unsafe kennel wiring, and reports of dogs yelping like they're being hit. From the notes, it looks like they often refuse access to animal control during surprise visits until they can temporarily clean their facility to meet code. The only positive was that my dog came back with a good heel and place. Nothing else with his training stuck despite daily reinforcements of what they taught him since being back. Cons: Collar not returned Returned dirty and smelling of urine/feces despite bath fee Upcharged for services listed as included Came back with a staph infection Came back with a 5-6 inch rope-burn injury Now fearful of men raising their voices Had to provide all his food/treats (You'd think with board and train, the price would cover that?) Pros: Good heel and place

Richard was pleasant when we were potential clients and made us feel comfortable leaving our Shepherd in his care. I told Richard that my German Shepherd was skittish and afraid and very leery of men. After the first week I called for an update and his wife was abrupt, sharp and every time I tried to speak, she raised her voice and spoke over me. When I spoke to Richard, I asked for a picture of my dog to see her and they told me there would be a charge for a picture. Richard told me to watch the website and there would be pictures of her regularly. Truth is, they only post pictures of dogs that look happy and my dog, Daisy, was never happy so her picture was almost never on the website. Possibly 2 pictures in 10 weeks? A few weeks later, I got a call that Daisy "broke 2 kennels" and I had to pay for it. I don't believe that happened, Daisy was not aggressive. In the end, they charged me $8,000 for the training, the 2 kennels and an e-collar. I was overcharged for everything but had no recourse, I had to pay. When my dog came home, I took her to the vet because she was alarmingly skinny and more skittish and afraid than ever. The vet put Daisy on Prozac and told me she lost 21 lbs. I shared Daisy's "graduation video" with everyone at the vet's office and everyone agreed that she seems as though she was abused. Richard's training methods may work on some dogs but not all. He was determined to make Daisy comply to his methods and refused to alter, even when she kept losing weight and shutting down. Halfway through her training, he told me she is "stubborn and a bitch and he has had 1 other dog as difficult as Daisy". But even though his methods did not work, he never altered his training methods, and I believe he abused my dog to try and make her comply. He kept Daisy for 95 days, telling me he can't send her home till she "accepts and complies because she is a representation of him". In the end, after 95 days, he gave up. Richard and his wife and children run the business, and I would never recommend him to anyone.

We did the 10 day board and train. Our pup needed guidance, boundaries, and leadership, with Sit Means Sit we have been able to give that to her. Added background: We brought Layla to a consultation at Sit Means Sit, she saw a trainer's dog showcase her leashless awesomeness and Layla FULLY LOST IT; Barking, pacing, acting in an aggressive way. We've never seen that with Layla... after 10 days of board and train, that same dog crossed our paths and Layla was cool as a cucumber!!! Talk about growth and confidence!!! Even more so in a room full of med- large dogs (which Layla use to bark at) she was super calm and keeps her focus on us, her owners! Thank you Sit Means Sit! SMS leaders: Thank you So MUCH for the kind words on Layla, it was so nice to see she touched y'alls' hearts as she does ours! Thanks for taking care of her!

For 99$ you can attend agility class either Saturday or Sunday morning for 6 sessions. The sessions expire within 12 weeks so when Pepper had to take a break because she got spayed, it was absolutely no issue. The majority of the class is focused on doing the agility course, but they also practice other things such as proper leash walking. The owner runs the class but there are always atleast 2-3 other trainers around to help. Pepper loves agility! She is a couch potato at heart but when she's at agility class she is always having a blast running and just being around dogs. A lot of obedience classes and dog day cares unfortunately discriminate against pitbulls but at Natural Instincts they are extremely bully friendly. Oh and they always have someone with a professional camera taking amazing pics of you & your dog. It's definitely nice having all these wonderful pictures of my dog (it's not like my camera isn't already full of pics of her). I have one week left from this 6 week package but I'll definitely purchase a new 6 week pass next class.
