What is your Return policy?

We have a 7 day return window for store credit. We do have to pay out consignors on sales which is why we have to unfortunately make returns for store credit only. Make sure you keep the original price tags on the garments and your receipt as well.

I thought the customer service was fine, helpful and nice, even. The only thing that perplexed me was the fact that a lot of the shirts in their femme section were altered into crop tops and I'm someone who would rather make that decision myself. Overall, the foot traffic was bumpin, it would be fun if Thrive hosted events in the space.

Everything is individually marked with prices. I saw that a piece wasn't marked, and I made them aware of it saying that they might want to add a price. I was trying to help them (someone could steal it since it didn't have a tag, they could claim it to be their own). I walk away and hear one guy say to the other "that kid was really obsessed with this not having a price on it." It doesn't sound so bad in writing but his inflection is noteworthy. Their clothing is overall way overpriced. Half of the stock is lame and the prices they write for them are absolutely whack. I don't know where they get these prices. I know it's on Newbury but c'mon my guy, get real. If you like vintage clothing, go to the Garment District in between Central and Kendall Square, or go to Boomerangs/Buffalo Exchange!
