Too bad, customer service is OK, but it's hard to find something affordable and in decent shape to get.

Their new arrivals bin is by far the largest of all the record stores in a 40 mile radius. I just wish they were a bit cheaper. They're second to Cheapo in terms of prices. I've seen records that go for $3 (with better sleeve conditions) at other stores sell for $12-15 at Planet. I understand the location is probably quite expensive for them.
