(See photos on Google Review) Owner Manny Estrada refused refund for failed repairs. After losing the court case we filed against him, Judge ordered he must give us full refund plus costs. More than a month later he refuses to pay. I've reported him to the Attorney General's Office and the State Contractor's Licensing Board. I'll utilize every legal Avenue to ensure the court order is satisfied. The poor quality of work and Mr. Estrada's business practices are shameful. He has violated a court order and stolen from a highly decorated USAF Air Combat Veteran who is new to the Montgomery area. I wonder how he'd like being done this way. SHAME ON YOU, Manny Estrada!!

Needed 4 windows to match the existing 6 along the same wall in my living room. Salesman came right out, measured and KNEW they needed to match the existing. They arrived completely wrong the first time due to an order error, wrong manufacturer. So they corrected .. well, they arrived and did not match! Called the salesman (Mike) said he'd get back to me.. never did.. called the manager (Brad) completely rude and did not care about my concern at all, also said he'd look into it and get back to me.. never did. Wrote a letter to the owner (Henry) asked for a call.. never happened. I emailed the office asking for the owners email since I never received a call as I requested. The owner doesn't have the courtesy to call me back as requested and emails me back stating the issue was "resolved" as the manufacturer updates and changes the product. Well had ANYONE told me that prior to ordering I would have ordered all new or gone elsewhere. Mike was here and knew they needed to match... terrible service and overpriced windows. I suggest you also go elsewhere. Affordable windows and better customer service is out there, not at Window World.

All the workers were polite and respectful. We are very happy with our windows and sliding doors. We had to turn the heat down in the house because of the increased insulation factor. We used to have to move things like butter and medications away from the table near the kitchen window because the heat from the sun would melt them. Now there is no melting, and the table area is not over heated from sunlight. A very good result. We highly recommend Matt and his company.
