We had a very positive experience working with Tod for our RV's Air Conditioning repair. He meticulously trouble shot the electrical issue that was not allowing us to turn on our AC system. He arrives on time, does the job. He clearly knows RV systems and is able to work through the puzzle of solving the problem. If you are in the Savannah area, you might want to consider dropping your rig off at Tod's shop. That will save you the fee for a house call. Would have definetly done that if I knew. Tod Burnett continues to display his 5-star professionalism. His service is superb. His work ethic and quality of work are impeccable. Earlier this year, the Dometic Penguin II AC/HP unit went caput on my 2022 Motor Home. Tod took a quick look at it and, absent an extensive pull and inspect job, gave his opinion that the unit was defunct based on his experience of seeing the same condition in countless Dometics over the years. The charge for his time, effort, and insight? Zero. Zip. Nada. The Dometic unit was under warranty. Dometic would not give me the time of day to entertain a replacement under warranty. Thankfully, a US businessman became the authorized distributor for the new German Dreiha Atmos 4.4 AC/HP. This unit not only costs less than the Dometic but also outperforms it. It's quieter and features a heat pump that operates down to 23° F, making it a superior choice. Initially, I had planned for Tod to install the new unit. However, the distributor in Elkhart, Indiana, invented modifications to the ducted vent system in my coach, complicating the installation process. I took the coach to Elkhart for the installation. Tod could and would have done the work superbly. Remember, if you call Tod, he is in constant demand around the Low Country area. He tries to help RVers who are stranded to get back on the road. If you call, be patient. You will get a response later when he's not busy fixing someone else's RV. By the way, don't expect, and it's unrealistic to expect a no-fee diagnostic from Tod, as I have cited here. The man works hard and brings 27 years of experience and professionalism to his profession. this is my first experience with Tod and it won't be my last. He does what he says he will do and gets it done on time. he repared a captains chair that would not work. He did some sealing on the cutters on our roof and then applied a ceramic coating. Tod came highly recommended by the campground and campers at our camp, and they were right. Tod is prompt, thorough, quick and walk me through several questions I had. He inspected my roof and found one spot - that I would never have seen and sealed it up, also some trim work on the inside and inspected my slide gears and he explained everything as he went along. I got to my campsite and when I attempted to empty my gray tank I discovered it was broke. The campground recommended Diversified RV Service so I gave them a call. Tod returned my call within a couple of hours. I sent him pictures of the type of tank valve I have so he could order the part. Tod kept me in the loop as to the shipping status/arrival and then scheduling the service call when the part arrived. Tod also does cleaning of the black and gray tanks which I also asked him to do when I initially contacted him (it's well worth the cost). All in all, I am very pleased with Tod's professionalism and knowledge of RV repair and maintenance. Diversified RV. Please do business else where. Believe me I thought my family was safe around Tod Burnett . Mr. Burnett only cares about reviews and not the quality of his work or will he finish the job. We had roof damage from a previous storm. Tod said he could do the job. Tod wanted all the money upfront but agreed with my husband on giving him over $5,000 upfront and pay the remainder which was just over $2,000 when the work is done. Granted Mr. Burnett was demanding this money while he was on a cruise. He stated he was going to start as soon as he got back. First day no show said materials hadn't came (even though he said he needed the money to order to start on time). Mr. Burnett pretty much didn't show up when he said he was or he didn't reach out to let us know that he wasn't going to be on time. Most of the time, my husband had to contact him to find out. The first day he didn't even work 2 hours said the parts weren't in yet. I know things happen but this is important on Mr. Burnetts behavior later. On Friday the 17th at the end of the day Tod stated he would be back Monday the 20th morning and only have 3-5 hours left and would be done. Come Monday AFTERNOON my husband had to reach out to him and find out he is at the same campground but working on someone else's camper. By this time we find out about Hurricane Helene which will hit Thursday the 26th and we are suppose to be moved by October 1st. On my husband's last day off of work on Wednesday the 25th we had to go look for our next place (remember he said he would be finished on Monday 23rd and we have been home everyday all day long since September 17th to be here for when he worked. Mr Burnett was aware of this due to my husband informing him and letting him know our kids would be home and he said he would be back to finish in the afternoon. The very next day before his work was finished he started to demand the remainder balance. He called and texted several times that day when he knew where we were and our children were home as well(He had already talked to our kids as well while we were on the phone a couple times as well). Tod Burnett not only harassed us but started to harass our children demanding his money and saying he wouldn't finish. They were scared and he kept entering our camper (he came to our camper after business hours after 8pm) When we get home he is waiting at the front of the campground it is after 8pm that night. He follows us to our camper. He demands the money even though he hasn't finished and it's dark and we can't see his work or anything. He brought his wife with him who was verbally assaulting because we asked to come in the morning during business hours to see his work. Mr. Burnett called the police demanding his money. Police officer stated it is common knowledge that you don't pay till the work is done and informed Mr. Burnett of that as well and that we would contact him the next day to finish his work and to go over his work as well. Today Tod showed up and refused to finish his work and demand his money again. By this time my kids are freaking out. I should have called the police but there was a hurricane heading our way. This is Wednesday the 25th. Hurricane Helene is coming the 27th. We have children. Right now this is our home and he demanded his money and refused to finish. Tod Burnett not only did this to a disabled vet but also to his children. Now my husband who paid this man for work is having to be up on the roof during a storm. My husband paid him because he refused to leave and scared our children. He is a bully and his work is not quality work (he kept saying that over and over again). He left sloppy black caulking all over a white roof. We had our skylight in our bathroom replaced he couldn't even clean out the bugs and dirt in there when that's common sense and my husband also asked if he would. He dropped tons of glue on our floors and our dog that we are still cleaning up. I pray no one else has to endure a situation like this with Mr. Burnett. This was such a scary situation. Mr. Burnett was fine not finishing a roof repair before a storm. He's fine with harassing children. Mr. Burnett had full contact with us in that day. This is something that shouldn't have happened. Mr. Burnett you need to do what's right and do the work guaranteed. What would have been more important and helpful is if you and your wife could have came to our children and put them at ease and apologize for what he did to them but you got your money and that is what is right according to Mr Burnett. He said he couldn't finish our roof because he needed to make more money with other customers the following day after with their hurricane damage. read more

Tod came out at short notice to take care of a significant issue we were having - no shore power or generator voltage and our batteries fading fast! We live full time in our RV and I exhausted all of my own troubleshooting and was panicking with the holidays coming up. Tod came to our site and took care of everything - our transfer switch needed servicing due to loose connections etc. he corrected the fault, safety checked all the way back to the disti panel and inverter and he also fixed our broken shower door.
