I was going to have it checked by an independent but couldn't find anyone who would do it so I took the dealers word and their 150 point inspection. Got there for my 1000 mile drive back and the statement that it was stored inside except for the last couple of months was untrue, the generator did not work, solar did not work, auto levelers did not work so I will assume the only thing that was inspected was my check. I should have walked away but it is a nice unit so I accepted they would take care of the issues. After five hours everything seemed to work except the auto levelers but I was assured they would take care of it and had called to have it fixed. Turns out they didn't get the necessary information so I needed to find it. I was told someone would call me and walk me through where to find the information but they didn't call and followed up with dealer who basically had no interest in making things right. Bottom line is get an inspection, believe nothing you are told and expect to have any work done yourself. If you don't feel right about your purchase, walk away.

We had our awning replaced on our camper and during installation the installers broke a pin on one…read moreof the awning arms when they were rolling the fabric back up. My husband spoke with the manager and after discussing the issue, they agreed if we payed for a portion of the replacement arm then he wouldn't charge for the instillation. We got charged for installation even though the manager emailed my husband stating he would not be charged. One of the installers (Cameron) had an ugly attitude when my husband was speaking with the Manager (Matt). Cameron also tried to tell my husband the pin on the awning arms was pre-compromised and it almost hit someone when it broke off, they broke it in the first place. Customer service is poor here and if they break anything they will try to say it was already broke and charge more than what they quote, even in emails. We highly recommend going somewhere, anywhere else!

I followed up 2 more times and he just ghosted me. Had another leak, had someone else come out and find a couple spots that Ray missed. Poor communication, never showed up at times he set.

Like most Love's it has a little dog park area which is convenient, though I remember there being a LOT of dog poo to dodge in there so I guess be careful as it doesn't seem to be policed super often. Beyond that nothing super remarkable about the place stands out to me, but it's still better than 90% of other gas stations in the area so that alone makes it notable. Good place to stop, would recommend if you're continuing on North or South.

This is one of our favorite KOA's! We drove from Cape Coral and arrived there…read morelate in the afternoon. We were escorted as usual by one of the KOA staff and headed right to our site. It was a beautiful site, right on the lovely lake where we could watch the swans gracefully swim by, There is a bird sanctuary that is part of the lake. We were amazed by all the flying birds at night. We sat outside, lit a fire and barbecued dinner. Normally we are always in a rush, but this time we decided to stay for two nights. The shopping is great and we went to Kroger's and Publix, instead of eating out at a restaurant. Pooler is a large city near by and we were able to get Freckles a jacket at Pet Smart. Dave also bought some things at Home Depot. We had a delightful two nights before heading to South Carolina and heavy traffic. We love the staff here and really feel welcomed when we return.
