I highly recommend Thompson Electric! I called them because my Ring Floodlight Camera and Ring…read moredoorbell were not working properly. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Richard and his assistant, Emma, were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. First, they determined that the Ring Floodlight Camera was defective. Then, they took the time to troubleshoot and identified that a faulty transformer was causing our Ring doorbell to malfunction. After replacing the transformer, they discovered that our Ring doorbell was also defective. They replaced both devices, and now everything is working properly. Their pricing was reasonable, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to find a company that is honest, reliable, punctual, and truly cares about providing excellent customer service.

They both are very polite and as soon as they walked into the house, without asking they immediately put on the shoe covers. We had 3 ceiling fans installed. Unfortunately, one out of three of them was defective. It was wobbling after installation. He offered to come back and swap it for me for free if I can go get a replacement even though it wasn't their fault. Sure enough, he texted me the following week and offered to stop by to swap it. Tapia electric's pricing seems cheaper than other places that I have called before so which was a plus! I will definitely save their number and also refer them to my friends and neighbor.

Because our breaker panel is new (4 years old), and the charger was installed right next to the panel, it cost us approx $500 to install..a very reasonable rate. I recently had an electric company come to my house in Riverside and he told me I needed a "sub-panel" added for over $7,000 to install my Tesla EV charger, and they were lying (that electrician was using hard-core sales tactics and I could tell what he was doing). Bottom line...HB electric never pulled any get-rich-quick schemes. Their electrician showed up on time and did excellent work. And the lady in their office got me an accurate quote BEFORE the electrician ever showed up at my house. They asked for a photo of our breaker panel and then gave us the quote. These folks are honest and do great work...we will absolutely do business with them in the future. !
