She made me feel so comfortable and was so knowledgeable; she made me look at flossing in such a different way! LOVED HER! I was seen on time and was in and out in less than 30-minutes. This is the same treatment I've had many times elsewhere with flawless results. The first round here didn't work at all. I went back for a touch-up, paid another $800. It still didn't work. I was told it was an issue with the botox. Despite paying essentially paying double, I decided to let that go and go get the third round of Botox. By the third round, my forehead was finally frozen - but my smile was destroyed. The left side now looks like I'm grimacing instead of smiling, and only with effort can I force it to look halfway normal. My natural smile is gone. I reached out with photos and a video showing the damage and specifically asked not to deal with the same injector who had already failed me twice. The very next day, he was the one who contacted me anyway. After I sent clear proof of the issue, the clinic disappeared and never responded. They took my money, botched my face, and ghosted me when I complained. Absolutely unacceptable - avoid this place at all costs.

It's welcoming, family-oriented, and a respectable practice. If you actually schedule an 11AM cleaning, you're in the chair in 15-20 minutes, tops. He doesn't overbook like other doctors, so I feel that I am being given special attention when it's my turn. Dr. Pessin is highly knowledgeable and isn't in a rush to do anything rash with unnecessary operations or surgeries unless he's completely sure it's needed for your well being and for the health of your teeth. He's very thorough, and listens intently to your concerns, no matter how big or small. X-rays are quick here, and their cleaning always makes me feel guilty about eating afterwards because my teeth are so clean and shiny! I had a crazy December 2025 and truly went through it with a prior Dental Office which caused me to have tooth extracted and a cavity that was acknowledged but never treated. Prior to my appointment at Noble Dental Care I originally booked my appointment for February 2026 to give myself time to recover from my prior extractions and medical condition from the former dental work done. I was experiencing pain I thought was referred pain and TMJ. Prior to my appointment I received several phone calls from Noble Dental Care ensuring everything was set in place for my appointment from the nature of my visit, concerns, down to the billing. The day of my appointment I was greeted with by the bubbly front desk receptionists, who were professional and transparent about payments and obtaining on the spot text receipts of what I paid prior to services being started. The billing/financial advise was very honest with me and suggested for me not to be concerned about the other services I was seeking to have a consultation for as I needed a necessary root canal to prevent further infection on a tooth sitting on top of a nerve. I love how my health and well-being as a patient came first, and I was not pushed to have services performed that were not dire or necessary for my care that day. I have found my new dental care home! Dental Hygienist Samantha was a true star and gem when it came to taking my X-rays and cleaning, to my surprise she confirmed the prior office I went to did not do a great job. Samantha was so patient and kind with me as I was experiencing difficulty with opening my mouth because I was experiencing jaw clicking and popping. Samantha took her time and ensured the procedures would leave me with minimal pain and discomfort. I had the BEST cleaning and polishing of my teeth by Samantha / Noble Dental Care. My teeth looked like shiny pearl earrings just glistening and gleaming! Samantha was even able to show/tell me I had suspicious areas of concern that the Dentist would go over with me. My gum health was great considering I had localized perio from a prior tooth that was extracted and I did not have gum disease or evidence of it. Dr. Theresa Eliscar was the most professional a knowledgeable Dentist I ever had in my 30-something years of life! Dr. Eliscar is guru and really cares about her patients with a great sense of humor! Dr. Eliscar was able to detect an infection on a tooth I was told I needed a cavity to be refilled which to my surprise was sitting on a nerve that was causing me so much discomfort. Dr. Eliscar is true meaning of Black Excellence!!! Dr. Eliscar's knowledge and expertise got me whipped back into shape and out of the amount of pain and discomfort I was in for almost 30 days! The nerve on the infected tooth was removed and prepped for an upcoming root canal and the tooth was infused with medicine that smells and tastes like cloves! Cloves is a natural remedy most POC use for all sorts of alignment, which has led me to sip on some clove tea in between the meds prescribed to me. Dr. Eliscar allowed me to take breaks in between my procedure and time out procedures and protocols were followed at this office to ensure I as the patient did not have an adverse reaction. I'm still recovering but this office is truly amazing and a blessing. I had so many X-rays + CT scans performed by different providers prior, and Nobel Dental PC was able to detect an infection on a tooth with a cavity that was sitting on top of a nerve! I was in so much pain and discomfort for the month of December 2025 into the new year. The Dentist, Hygenist, Support Staff, and Receptionists here are truly amazing. Dr. Eliscar even was able to adjust my bite temporarily to prevent further discomfort and complications. This Dental Office is the epitome of Black Excellence!

I received multiple fillings and a crown on a tooth which had had a previous root canal. There was a single dentist on staff during my visit for care, and although she did her best jumping between my room and 3-4 others in the late afternoon early evening hours the care was subpar. I left in pain as the lidocaine shots were done haphazardly, and fillings done shoddily. I am now receiving an outstanding bill a year later with improper quotes for payments which were received, seems fraudulent on the of the provider, as I paid in full out of pocket. It's interesting to also be slapped with a bill a year post services with inaccurate quotes of payments received to the provider. If you enjoy insufficient care, lingering pain, and exorbitant and inaccurate billing, Noble is the place to go.

As soon as I received insurance they took, I came right back to them. It was to my surprise they still remembered me and my family and also remembered the conversations we had. Although they are always booked up I would wait months to get the treatment they give here. You can tell they really care about your health and also have meaningful conversations with you as well as educating you about your teeth health. Every member of their team is amazing and I would continue to go to this Dental Studio for as long as I can. Other things to know: 1. The office is very clean and nice. 2. The waiting area has a few chairs but it doesn't seem like they ever overbook. Im usually always the only one in the waiting room when I arrive. 3. The receptionist is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. 4. The dentist is amazing and also very knowledgeable and kind. 5. Parking is hard to find but there are parking garages in the area ranging from $20 to $40. 6. The train station is also just a few minutes away. 6. There is hardly ever a wait time when I arrive and are always prepared for me.

Dr. Moskowitz is a dream dentist. He's as upbeat as he can be, yet he never sugarcoats the situation. He will answer endless questions, and never seems frustrated or irritated. I don't like dentists, and I am kind of a wuss when it comes to pain, but he is unfailingly gentle, and will stop and administer more anesthetic in the middle of a procedure if the patient wants it. I cannot say enough about my experience with him, and with his assistant, who also went to dental school, Dora. They are an amazing team, and I trust them completely. Why? I read some previous reviews about unnecessary work ordered, but I had all different options and price points discussed with me, and wasn't pushed toward the most expensive option. My father made the same decision to have a permanent bridge put in, and his dentist (in Florida) was not as good as Advanced Dental Care - he gets food caught under it and it irritates his gums. My bridge fits so well that I feel like it's nearly my natural teeth. They didn't rush to cement it in, but used temporary paste, until I was sure that the fit was absolutely correct. So why not 5 stars? They are EXPENSIVE. I have dental insurance, and with the insurance that they take, I'm still paying tens of thousands of dollars out of my own pocket. I know that there are less expensive dentists out there, but I've decided that the thoroughness and expertise that I have experienced here are worth the money. After all, it is your mouth, and I don't know about you, but I like eating. Extremely long wait after appointment time to be seen, and the administration is horribly managed. This place is terrible. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed. The consultation was standard and everything went fine. They verified that I was qualified for a loan and repayment plan but then I received a letter in the mail after my surgery saying that I did not qualify for the extended repayment plan despite being assured before my surgery that I was. They had me sign up for a plan that caused me financial stress under false pretenses. They called to reschedule my surgery twice which caused confusion with my job because I had to request time off for the surgery and then change it, twice. When I arrived for my surgery, I had to wait an hour and half to be seen by the surgeon whose assistant did not follow her instructions to x ray me while I waited, causing more of a delay. The guy before me had been waiting for two hours. The surgery itself went fine. They have very capable doctors. But so do A LOT of other dental offices. I received IV sedation and it was very fast. The big issue with this place is the management and administration. It is VERY poorly managed. They sent my scripts to the wrong pharmacy (TWICE!) and it took a few hours after my surgery to get them. Also, I requested an itemized receipt for my surgery both before and after my procedure. Was initially told hey can't give that to me until after the procedure. Then on 10/12 when I followed up I was told it would take a day to get to me. It's 10/17 and I still don't have my itemized receipt and they have not called me back. This is what I wonder: 1. I asked for an itemized receipt before my surgery and they said that they could not provide this until after the surgery because that's when they would be able to calculate the totals. 2. If that's the case why did they give me a solid price (the wording was, verbatim "the surgery will cost $2400". It was a definitive statement and not a quote) and have me sign up for a loan and repayment plan based on this amount if they can't actually calculate the totals until after the procedure? 3. Why are they unable to supply an itemized receipt when requested? Why don't they already have this information calculated and on file? Why won't they return my calls about this? Why are they being so shady about this? I am concerned that this place takes advantage of those who need dental work and who may be economically vulnerable, in a lot of pain, and who may be desperate to get this work done. I sincerely regret using Brooklyn Dental and besides my follow up, will never see them again.
