    These people are racist or don't care about their job. I'm positive they get grossed out if you are "darker skin" I got there at 11:40 for BOTH mani and Pedi .. Jenny was done by 12:30 for BOTH my Mani and Pedi. And when i called, they told me it will be an 1.5 hours for both. Felt rushed, she did a sloppy job and didn't even cut my cuticles properly. She either hates me or hates her job. She even hurt me so bad when she was cleaning under my nails and did not say sorry. My thumb is STILL IN PAIN!! You guys make people feel like crap. I had the worst experience EVER. I walked out angry, and in tears. I tipped her 30% too which I regret. It is funny because before asking me to pay, she smiled and said "you look so young!" ... she is trying to be "nice" so i tip her decent. What a load of B.S.

    I'm really disappointed because everyone in this place is so nice. I really enjoyed the actual experience of getting my nails done and I'm a really impatient person. I got a gel and some of them started to chip after 1 day. So, I went back in to have them touched up and they had no problem doing it. It's a week later and my nails are destroyed. I wasn't doing any manual labor or being aggressive with my hands at all. I'm really sad because it's just a waste of money for their gel. Two stars because the staff is lovely. 0 stars for the actual manicure.

    I came here after being given a gift certificate. Let me start with the good! Very clean establishment and very pretty inside. I had their regular mani/pedi combo. Joy took care of me and she was no joy! (Get it? Hehe) I didn't get to enjoy the pedicure as I was done in less than 5minutes. It was such a hurried job. It took me longer to pick a color! She barely touched my feet. As I looked around I noticed she was the only one in a rush. They did have some patrons but not completely busy. Unfortunately, Joy was also doing my mani another rushed job! Again done in less than 5mins. I think this is the first time I've had a mani/pedi done in less than 10mins. Come on for the prices here you can do better than that. I'm an amazing tipper too not sure if she thought I wouldn't! I didn't get a feet or hand massage as I'm accustomed to in nail places. The drying station was crammed and it wasn't even at its capacity. As I sat there someone came by and asked if I would like a massage I said yes. I get this complimentary at my nail place Minerva's in Deer Park and others. To my surprise there was a $12 charge which didn't include tip. I only found out when I got the bill for it. I didn't refute it I just paid and tipped. I just wish they would inform you of the charge before asking. My first and last time at this place.

    I went in to get a fill-in with gel painting and acrylic. Now At first i was happy with my nails by Joanna, but then after 1 or 2 days my nails started to turn BROWN! This has never happened to me before and i was surprised that after spending $50 on a fill-in that it would last, well i was wrong! Then when i went to another salon to get it redone almost 3 weeks later they had to take the nails off because the acrylic set from this salon was coming off. The nail lifted so bad and so high that my natural nail was actually wet when he took them off and it was so easy to remove. If i would have kept Diva's set on i would have had a fungus!

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE this gem of a find my friend told me about. I needed something quick, efficient, and with a pop of color for an event. Came in and had someone do my pedicure and another person did my gel manicure at the same time. Super cozy seating for pedicure and so sanitary and clean. I loved the scrub in the pedicure and how clean my feet feel. Also did not feel the process was too rushed aka "half assed" Ended up paying such a good price I tipped a little extra. I can def see myself coming back here. Too many nail salons lately have become overpriced without the service and quality to back them up!

    Service was excellent, entire staff is friendly and stations are kept extremely clean. All precautions in place for COVID. However, my daughter's $35 dollar gel manicure chipped after one day, and additional chips on day three as well. Very unusual given it's a gel manicure. I do not recommend spending the extra money on a gel manicure.

    Diva nails is the best! They just redid the salon and it's clean and beautiful. Very nice staff and great prices!

    I always have a great experience here. Super clean facility, friendly staff & reasonable prices. My gel manicures last very well!

The person ostensibly cutting their hair was on their cell phone. When I entered, he asked if I had an appointment. I asked, seeing that there was no one else in the establishment, if that were really necessary. He responded yes, and then TURNED HIS BACK ON ME! Now, I'm aware that some places want to keep up a certain level of decorum, or pretension, and might want to insist on appointments, regardless of foot traffic. But where I'm from, turning your back on, someone is considered a slap in the face, and / or grounds for receiving one. Perhaps he didn't like my shirt. Perhaps it's a little too hot for everyone. Perhaps my skin tone didn't live up to his standards. Whatever the reason, rudeness and disrespect are no way to run a business.

    Unprofessionalism & Crude Behavior. On 1/21/2025, I walked out of this barbershop after an…read moreinteraction with the owner, in which he unabashedly disrespected me as a person and customer. To preface this review, it is important to note that I had been a customer many times prior and was always satisfied with my haircuts. Although, I would routinely make online reservations whenever possible to secure my appointment, I would, more often than not, attempt to walk-in when I was in the area and would have moderate success at being seen, that is if there were no conflicting appointments. It was the case, that numerous times I simply couldn't be seen for lack of making an appointment, which is completely understandable. On my way back from work on this Tuesday I happen to be close to the barbershop and as I was passing on Jericho Turnpike, I quickly looked online to see if appointments were taken for the given time slot, around noon time. There were none. Upon entering I informed Rafael that I didn't have an appointment but saw that he ample availability online, inquiring whether I would be able to be seen. I didn't expect what followed afterwards: He signaled for me to take the chair (I sat) and mentioned that my failure to make an appointment was "disrespectful" and posed the question, "why should I take your business? Why should I see you right now." Taken somewhat aback by his demeanor and manner in which he spoke to me--I assumed he was playing around, and I half-jokingly replied that I was a customer and this was a business, one that had taken me as a walk-in more than handful of times--he ripped into me, replying "You think I need your 30$? It means absolutely f**king nothing to me." It didn't stop there; he continued to mouth off reminding me that was his business and he had been working hard too long to tolerate disrespectful behavior, that "he owed me nothing" and I shouldn't make assumptions. Mind you, I had been nothing but courteous up till then but my tolerance was waning. I said I meant no type of disrespect and tried (keyword: tried) to explain that I simply came by, given my proximity, also that there wasn't a notice or sign disallowing walk-ins. He didn't take kindly to the back and forth and cut me off from uttering anything further. He repeatedly cut off my sentences, asking what type of haircut I wanted. Given the unwarranted treatment and insults, I thought it was better that he not cut my hair (would you want someone to begrudgingly cut your hair?) and I took off my barber cape. This enraged him and he told me to "get the f**k out" so I headed towards the exit- we exchanged a few words before I left--ultimately him stating that I was wasting his time. I don't write many reviews but I felt compelled to share this experience so people have an idea of the type of person who runs the establishment. Never again.
