I had my dip done at Diva Nails today for the first time ever. My normal nail tech is on vacation and I was desperate to have my nails done. Anthony and his team were so great! It was very apparent they take care of their clients. I explained my nail tech was out of town and they assured me they would be my back up at any time. It made me feel so great. My nails turned out great. I asked for a new shape and they did an amazing job. I'm so glad they were able to fit me in. I will definitely be back! read more

I love this place. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. They listen and educate you when you ask questions. There is a reason for their methods. I need to be patient and know this is their industry of expertise. Thankfully, I don't need to make an appointment since I try to arrive when they open. Obligatory I only get basic pedicures with shellac but they do a fantastic job - gentle and efficient.

I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is wonderful and happy. I have been going there for five years.

honestly a nice and fast experience, my nails came out how i wanted and my toes feel sooo nice.

I wish I could give less. I really tried to be optimistic throughout the whole experience. However, the gentleman I had was very rough when I came to my pedicure. Got me fours times with the dremel, rough with the foot file, and clipped the skin around my toe nails leaving them in pain. After leaving I noticed he didn't put clear coat on top of the nails of my left foot. I would not recommend this nail salon or go back. read more

Okay, I give it 2 stars because Michael was nice but I went in for a fill, I had nail polish off already my nails. Except 2. I got a design all I asked for was a heart. He put bling on it. I didn't ask for it, but he did it anyways well I'm not comply much about my nails they are okay.. what I am complaining about is the price. It cost $50 I might as well got a new set of nails. That's crazy they poke ur eyes and over charge you.. never going back again.. read more

I got a dip manicure on Sunday. When I left I left in pain on 5 fingers 3 were bleeding . I have never had a worse manicure. They changed people on me 3 times. read more

I posted a photo below to show how bad this is but I just got the worst mani & pedi I've ever had. My cuticles look worse than before I went in and my toes look like a 5 year old painted them. And this took way too long to do such a terrible job. I even complained (which I never ever do, and was embarrassed to do so but I felt it necessary). The girl who was originally doing them was rushing through like she didn't have the time of day. She also had a terrible attitude. Then half way through she walked away and didn't come back for like 10 min so I stopped another girl and she came over and "fixed" it. When she came back they were arguing right in front of me. I wish so bad I hadn't paid but I wanted to get out of there so bad so I just paid to get away! I was so angry! This is the second bad job I've had done here but thought I'd give them a second chance and I definitely regret it. I showed my friends the photo below and they were just horrified. Going back in the morning to speak with a manager. What a waste of time. read more

I took husband here for his first ever pedicure while I had my nails filled. He was seated in the pedicure chair long after my nail tech had started my fill and was done before me. The massage chair had no remote so he got not chair massage, his toe nails are mangled and several cut in the quick. No attempt to clean the excess skin from around where the nails were cut too short, no nail buffing to make them shiny, no skin/gunk cleaning from under the nails, and we left there with him being upset saying it's not worth it and never again. We called to discuss the lack of effort made because basically he paid $25 to have his toe nails cut misshaped and too short. They offered $10 back, but we live outside of town and it really wasn't worth the drive back to the salon. read more

They rush through everything and I have been cut a couple times and they don't really seem to care. They just throw that blue gel on it and keep going. Also, they don't give you a massage whether you get a mani or pedi. That's half of the reason I go to the salon. It's ok if you need a quick fix, but not to relax. read more

Pedicure was okay...I felt that was about average. My manicure however was rushed, and no massage was given. He used what looked and smelled like some dollar store lotion on his own hands and did a quick rub down on my hands and arms. all I could feel were his callouses on my skin. They would just grab tools from drawers so I'm not sure how sterile they were and there was dust (actual dust and sanded kind from nail work) all over the mani stations. I usually get shellac, and it would typically last forever. These nails lasted about a week. Maybe I was spoiled at my last regular salon when we moved but they had their tools in sterile pouches and tossed them once they were used and it was never dusty. They also used latex gloves. Ended up paying entirely too much to walk out with uneven polished nails. read more

Absolutely horrible. If I could rate this a half-star I would. I came at 6 (an hour before closing) and I went to get my eyebrows waxed. She was rushing and cut of the end of my eyebrow. She was throwing around her equipment and put not moisturizer on after wards and no powder beforehand. The employees were yelling at each other and everyone was in a bad mood. I definitely DO NOT recommend. I am now left with uneven eyebrows and redness that i payed $10 for. read more

They have several locations. The new one in front of McCoys has good owners but the other workers are horrible. Bad attitude and poor customer service. Been several times and the only ones who take pride in what they do are the owners, or the married couple who say they own it. Had 3 other workers who were horrible. Cut me, rushed pedicure that was only half done, the last guy was so abusive he actually stopped and told me to go to someone else if I didn't like the way he was doing it after I pointed out a crooked nail. I was horrified and embarrassed. He was so ugly to me. The owners must know of the bad attitude of the workers but don't seem to correct it. This is a place to be avoided until they get a staff that wants to be there! read more

Went here during a vacation, customer service was excellent and I'm happy with the experience.

This is my second visit and last. He spent less than 10 seconds on each foot with the scrubber, did not use any callous softener, or grater. He was HIGHLY offended when I said something. Massage was non-existent. My manicure was even worse-no cuticle softener and I still had old nail polish on pinky finger which he ignored and was going to paint over. $50 to be treated like this? I think not ... Never again. read more
