I asked my previous hair dresser what I should specifically tell a new stylist and I gave that information to Kerry. She colored my hair too dark, cut my hair far too short, didn't add any layering, and only trimmed half of my bangs. When I asked if what my previous stylist said made sense, she smirked as if it were a ridiculous question and said yes, she'd been doing this for a while. Well my hair is not anything like I asked, so the smug response is drastically out of place. She booked two clients in between putting my color on and then washing and cutting my hair. I was sitting there for about an hour with color on just waiting and while I absolutely understand the necessity of staggering bookings, my time is valuable and that clearly didn't matter to her. And to top it all off, while coloring my hair the wrong color, she got hair coloring on my $200 new leather purse and when I brought it to her attention she said, "how'd that happen?!" I contacted the manufacturer of the bag and they said unfortunately there's no way to get it out. I let Kerry know and asked her to make it right and she said it is not her responsibility. So I've now essentially paid $300 for a color and cut that is nothing like what I asked for. Needless to say, I will not be returning. PSA- if you do go here, don't take anything nice into the salon!
