I've also been to Beth Hilgers when I needed to get in and Lindsey was booked up or unavailable. She is unbelievable with color! You can schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments completely online, without ever needing to call the salon. After asking a few basic questions the student excused herself to go get the right products. She explained each step and talked knowledgeably about the ingredients and benefits of each. Patty also went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, and was kind enough to walk me through everything; from how to care and style my hair, to what products she recommended I used.
