If you'd like to sell items, there are very clear guidelines on their website. I have sold items a few times and love that I can get a bit more if I choose to get paid in store credit as opposed to cash. Any items that aren't selected for the shop get donated, which is awesome. If you're in the neighborhood I highly recommend checking out this little shop and the other sustainable shops (Koko and Little Light Collective) next door.

I took them to the store and they said I could not return them because they had been worn. I said "but they are defective" and salesperson said they were not defective when I bought them....9 days earlier. She said they would not return them because they are worn.
