I love the ring and necklace that I purchased and thought it would be fun to see some of the other pieces in real life. The store was empty on a Tuesday morning except for two sales associates. One was quick to ask if I needed help and backed off appropriately when I told her I was just looking. gorjana sells costume and fine jewelry. They have some of the most delicate jewelry I have ever seen. Teeny-tiny charms, extremely thin chains, and itty bitty beads. I saw a bracelet I thought was gorgeous, but didn't buy it because I felt I'd break the fragile chain the first time I wore it. They also have a nice selection of chunky rings, statement charms, and thick chains. I didn't buy anything but will keep my eye on the new arrivals offered through their app. Shout out to my Yelp friend who helped me appreciate how lovely gorjana's jewelry is with her reviews and seeing it on her in person.

They should just keep it behind the register and ask the shoplifters to leave when they come in, not tell the public. Walking in l knew they were going to be tailing me. It's really common in Asian beauty stores but it was kinda bad here. Prices and selection are ok, there was an employee in training who greeted and rung me up and she was nice. I would come back if I really could not find something elsewhere, but they stock pretty easy to find items so I can't imagine it would be too hard to go elsewhere. I mainly shop here for my favorite Korean sunscreen, Beauty of Joseon. - They have Creme Shop items such as their Sanrio collab items which my daughter loves and also Sanrio Japan items (Located on the right side of the store, once you walk-in as of 9/14/25) - They have AUTHENTIC Labubu's and other blind boxed toys for sale (located on the left side wall of the store as of 9/14/25). Prices are marked-up but not nearly as much as resellers are selling online. - I personally think that they have a good variety of items for the size of their store ---- PRICING ---- - KEEP IN MIND THAT PRICES ARE MARKED-UP but this store is mainly for convenience. Especially since I'm not visiting Korea or Japan any time soon. - If I would purchase these items online at other websites, I would have to pay for shipping anyways so the pricing here is definitely reasonable. ---- TIPPING ---- - I agree with other people reviews regarding about the tipping options at check out... why do they even have this... - The first time I came here, I was honestly weirded out that the payment machine asks if want to tip and suggests tips. - It's weird to me because it's not like they have make-up services or anything to that extent like M.A.C. or NARS makeup counters. - 2nd visit this round, their machine still shows a tipping option. - TIPPING IS OPTIONAL AND YOU CAN CLICK NO TIP AT CHECK OUT ---- CLEANLISNESS ---- - The store is small but very clean and organized ---- REASONS FOR MY FIVE STAR --- - I had a great customer service experience. I only saw 1 box of the sunscreen that I wanted to purchase and I asked an employee if they had more in stock and they did.
