I need to condense a two page resume with 10 yrs of experience in commercial construction work with intermitted legal jobs into a new one page law resume. A friend recommended ED as being instrumental in him landing his current dream job. I looked up the site, saw the price tag then became very apprehensive as funds are in short supply. Here's the thing, I needed a completely revamped resume and I was fresh out of ideas by my own efforts. I IM'd with Hazel prior to my purchase and she answered my questions which calmed my fears about the decision. She then emailed me about my purchase within 30 mins. I was then paired with Trent (Sr. Resume Writer) and he emailed me within 24hrs of my purchase. We set up a time to speak to make sure he was clear on my objectives. I was relieved and encouraged when he shared his own professional background as I felt I was in good hands as to what I needed done. He sent me a first draft which required very minor edits and the final quickly followed. I got exactly what I paid for... a totally revamped one-page resume that I can edit to suit the position sought. I shared the final draft with some attorney friends who felt it was exactly what I needed. I'm very happy with the end product, the customer service I received, the turn-around time. I would recommend them to friends looking to change things up. Hopefully soon I'll have a new legal position to boast of!!

Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely use them again.

Teri charges 3 times more than her competition yet unlike other companies, does not guarantee her work. Therefore, I wasted a significant part of my saving on a useless resume and have had to hire someone else to finally get it right. Not only is she outrageously expensive, but my resume had so many typos that I spent days and days revising her work. When I voiced my concerns, Teri actually said that "she couldn't be expected to fix her mistakes unless I gave her an additional 2 weeks to edit my resume" since "no one can catch their errors without having a significant break from a document." Umm...what? As a writer and editor myself, I can edit anything I write almost immediately with say, a 10 minute break. Her work is sloppy, pure and simple. Worse, she has absolutely zero understanding of how the current job market works now - especially as she is not savvy about LinkedIn or the algorithms companies use to find candidates. She hasn't evolved with the times and sadly, I paid a heavy price for her ignorance - not just in her outrageous fees , her but in countless lost professional opportunities.     BUYER BEWARE OF Mark Graham Communications. FAKE EDITING, FALSE LIES. LOSE CASH! He's a Ripoff. He…read moreripped me off for several $1000 in cash payment. He offered me an edit which he was the editor, fooling me to believe that my edit would be like the sample he provided me. FALSE!! I paid him in COLD HARD CASH to do my content edit (ghost involved rewrite) of my manuscript. He expected cash payment of 1/3 of my 400 page book at $70/ hour, amounting to multi thousands, falsely claiming that editors AREN'T PERMITED BY PAYPAL TO USE PAYPAL. Once he had my funds in cash he was well able to cheat me and only do a basic $30/hr simple grammatical line edit. He lied and pulled the wool over my eyes and when I confronted him first he'd lie more, and then finally he shouted at me over the phone that he himself doesn't even edit so I terminated. He line edited 2 chapters out of 20. So I received a check. But Mark Graham took an even $1000 for editing (and may I say poorly) 2 chapters out of 400 pages (at this rate it would cost me tens of thousands to have had him complete the book with simple grammar changes). $65/hour and its obvious he didn't go by time or it wouldn't have cost me an even amount. Add to it he lied the full way that he himself would follow his own sample...once paid he let his underling simply do $30/hour line edits. Don't give this fraud a single dollar from your bank account!!

The cover letter was a definite one- way ticket to disqualification in tech, Most of all, my position itself was not understood by the writer and my position title was written incorrectly throughout the resume. The powers of MS Word can help fix that, but I think I paid for someone else to do it. I showed the completed version to my friend, a recruiter, and she said to scrap it and start over. I called Resume Footprint and explained the problem I had, and I was essentially met with an answer like "Oh, sorry. We will keep that in mind. Please understand that we can provide updates to your resume for year at a discounted rate." I am sure this company wants to do a good job, but what they sold me was something that may work for someone starting their career. I am 20 years into my career and what I received is not a means for me advertise myself.
