OK, first off, my bad, I stupidly STUPIDLY paid them before they were done. After the first day they had most of the work done and Tom told me they would finish up tomorrow. Then he let me know he wanted to be paid. So, stupid me... Anyways, they did not come back tomorrow. Or the next day. I finally had to call them. They eventually came back and did a half-assed job finishing up. My main issue is that they did considerable damage to my property. They left oil stains in the street along the curb from one end of the property to the other, they put a couple of gouges in the street, they put a substantial crack in my sidewalk and tore up several patches of grass. When i called to have them look at the damage Mr. Tom told me he did a walk-around with me after they were done and everything was OK. We definitely did NOT and he essentially called me a liar (Nice PR there, Mr. Tom!). So he didn't have the decency or the courtesy or the courage to even come out and look at the damage. Plus where they removed the stump looks like crap...the dead tree looked better. I have 2 bits of advice: DO NOT use this guy. But if you do, DO NOT pay him one red cent until the job is done. Once he had my money he was done with me. I'm sure he would not accept this type of unprofessionalism from anyone, he certainly should not give it.

We received a confirmation text regarding time on the scheduled day and they met that time, actually arriving a few minutes early. We appreciate the respect shown and the extreme care shown so as not to scratch walls or damage doorways. For the recliner it was narrow doorway and hall getting it out of a back room. It took less than 15 minutes. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future need, either in haul away service, as well as any tree service needed.

The hydraulic fluid sprayed all over my house, saturated 20 ft of my driveway, flowerbeds, fencing, gate, and then used a power sprayer and DAWN DISHwashing liquid to "clean" it up. They have been told to have Enviromark clean up the mess they made, and damage done by powerspraying the what fluid came off, into my flower beds and lawn. Now they lied to their insurance company and told them that I do not own my home and that I cannot make a claim. I do own my home, obviously, and spend every day smelling this junk, watching plants die, and trying to keep my dog away from the spill in the fenced in part of my yard. Thanks a lot Turkle's. I am nice and allow you to use my drive, and you promised to clean up the saw dust, which you never did, and then won't even own up to the mess you made.
