I would not recommend Toms Tree Service to anyone. On February 7, 2020, Toms Tree Service cut down my mother's neighbors' tree, that was located behind the neighbor's house. Tom, the owner of the tree service, knocked on my mother's house and apologized for damaging my mother's yard with his truck. He then told her that he would come back in the spring to repair the ruts in the yard that his company truck caused. Needless to say, Toms Tree Service never came back to fix the ruts in the yard. My mother sent him a letter in the spring asking when he was going to fix the yard, and she has yet to receive any response at all. Since the letter, my mother and the neighbor bought dirt and grass seed and they both have personally repaired the damage to both yards. The issue I have with Toms Tree Service is with the owner directly, because he did not keep this word to repair the damage. If this is how you do business, people need to know your word is not worth anything. It is pathetic that I have to use social media to get your attention, because all you had to do was what you promised. Instead you had a customer and retired person fit the bill for the damage that your company caused. And to top it off, the customer that you did the work for, paid you in full.
