This spring in 2021, he chatted with me while installing a 10 ft. tree to help me understand the challenges that nursery stock presents where the root system is severely clipped away as standard practice to help transport as many trees at a time as possible. So I called again, and Nikki tracked Kevin down and he and I spoke for awhile. He took all my information and said he would send the quote. He never did. So I followed up a third time--with Nikki--who assured me Kevin would send the quote in the next 24 hours. He never did.
