We've been clients for the last 4 years and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for help in taking care of their dog. They regularly go above and beyond what we'd expect and are very professional. Tony especially is such a joy to work with. He's always in an excellent mood when he drops by to pick up our pup for his daily walks. He's patient, understanding, and very gentle with our sometimes grumpy dog. It truly feels like we have family taking care of our pup. My only regret is that we didn't find Sarah and Tony sooner!

People often think dog walks and park outings are mainly for young, energetic dogs who need exercise. What we learned is that senior dogs benefit just as much. The gentle exercise, fresh air, routine, and especially the socialization with other older dogs who are their speed made a tremendous difference in Buddy's quality of life. Sarah and Tony cared for Buddy for the last several years of his life, not only as a regular dog walking client but also during overnight stays when our travel plans were a bit much for a little old man. We always knew he was loved, having a good time and well cared for. We were lucky to have five wonderful years with Buddy, and this team helped make those years even better. Their care, kindness, and genuine love for dogs showed in everything they did, right up to the very end. We are incredibly grateful they were part of our lives and part of Buddy's. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sara would take them both on walks as well as to the dog park every day to run him out and by the time he got home, all I had to worry about was feeding him before he would tuck in for the night. When I would bring him back to Sara's the next day, you could tell in his body language how excited he was to be there. Sara would send me pictures and videos throughout the day so that I could get updates on how Liam was doing and see how much fun he was having. While our personal needs have changed where we don't need daycare services for the time being, if we did have this need again, I would definitely go back to Sara and recommend her for any other doggy parents out there that is looking for a provider!

I'm so grateful that this option is available for older pets, and Amanda is great at limiting the crowd to a reasonable number - and all with laid-back personalities. Communication is super-quick, they always double-check the most important information, and choose the safest option if there's any question about my pup's care -- he's got IVDD and jumps are definitely not recommended. Special medicine and food? Not a problem. And the autonomy is amazing! The layout is easy for dogs, all the pups can roam freely, there's sunshine, shade, outdoor beds, and cool water play areas for warm days in the massive back yard, rugs underfoot everywhere inside, access to numerous comfortable pet beds and raised water bowls, and there's even ramps inside AND outside. If my guy can't be at home with his regular sitter and old-pup accommodations, then I want him here. The price is a bargain and, while I never expect extras, we often leave with fun little surprises like animal-safe bubbles, light-up collar tags, and custom stickers. The staff has loads of experience with special-needs dogs and they've created a place that is truly comfortable for pups of all ages and abilities; I've met some of the most charming special pups there, and love that they are getting the calm attention they really need. We're so lucky to have them nearby!

After daily trips out with Brendan, the pooch began to develop better manners and eventually started following some basic commands from people. If you knew this guy, you'd know that was massive development! A few years later, I adopted an amazingly energetic boy named Dexter. Dex was already well behaved but has boundless energy that really needed an outlet while we are away at work. Since my roommate had such great luck with Brendan, I decided to give him a call. Its been two years since we started working with Brendan and I couldn't be happier! Brendan has a key to our house and takes Dex out several times a week to go on doggie excursions and knock out some of that energy. Every day when we get home, we can tell Dex has enjoyed a solid workout. What's better is that Brendan is happy to board Dex at his home anytime we have to leave town. We often joke that Dex would prefer to live with Brendan, as he is always thrilled to see him. Sometimes he boards him for a night, other times it can be weeks. No matter how long we're gone, we know he's in good hands and he is always happy to accommodate our schedules to ensure Dex is taken care of. What immediately stood out was how knowledgeable and experienced she is when it comes to dog behavior, obedience, structure, and overall care. When it comes to boarding, the environment Jeanine provides is clean, safe, structured, and incredibly welcoming, especially for our 9 lb. miniature Dachshund, Cocoa. You can immediately tell the dogs she cares for are not treated like "clients," but like family. She intentionally keeps the number of boarded dogs small (no more than three at a time, including her own service dog Jojo), which allows her to give each dog individualized attention and care. The balance between discipline, enrichment, exercise, and affection is hard to find, and it gave us complete peace of mind knowing Cocoa was in such capable hands. The progress we saw after training was remarkable, but just as important was how happy and comfortable Cocoa was throughout the boarding process. That says everything. A lot of trainers can teach commands, but far fewer truly understand dogs and create an environment where they can thrive both mentally and emotionally. Jeanine also kept us updated with real-time videos and photos during Cocoa's Board + Train, along with a detailed report outlining the goals, training plan, locations visited, and everything completed during her stay. We have used Jeanine's Board + Train twice within the past year and will continue to do so because of the level of care, professionalism, and consistency she provides every single time. If you are looking for someone who is professional, trustworthy, highly skilled, and genuinely passionate about what they do, I cannot recommend Jeanine enough.
