If I could give Wiggling Tails more stars I would! Their daycare is unmatched. They treat my 5 year…read moreold King Charles, Pippa, like one of their own/family. We first enrolled about a year ago and Michael and Martha did an intake evaluation to make sure Pippa would fit in. After that Pippa was enrolled in their daycare 2x a week. One fabulous thing about Wiggling Tails is that they do pick up and drop offs in the city! Michael, Martha, and team are excellent communicators and are willing to be flexible. I LOVE all the fun photo shoots they do. They are so creative and go above and beyond. I'm including in my post the Valentine's Day and Mother's Day photo shoots which they framed for me . In addition to the photo shoots they will take action shots and videos of your pup during the day. I have always felt safe sending Pippa to Wiggling Tails. Pippa is always so excited when she sees the Wiggling Tails van and will literally leap into the crate in the back (and she hates crates)! I love Wiggling Tails and highly highly recommend them. It's been the best decision I've made for Pippa. Thank you Martha, Michael, and team for all you do for Pippa!

Wiggling Tails is literally the only dog care establishment I trust with my pup. With Martha,…read moreMichael, and their close-knit crew, I can trust that my Lizou (2 year old 13 lb YorkiePoodle) is not only well taken care of, but treated like family/like their own. Not only do I trust and love Wiggling Tails for my dog's weekly daycare (and periodically overnight boarding), but Lizou LOVES them too... He knows that when he goes to Daycare, he's in for a day of fun with some doggos AND some humans. Getting Lizou integrated into the Wiggling Tails schedule at a young age (~6months) was the BEST decision we ever made -- for me, and for Lizou (for structure, for dog friendliness, etc.). I actively recommend my friends' pups to consider them too! Now, Lizou even has dog friends that he has known from "the outside" within the Daycare schedule! Also.. the pickup/drop off schedule is one of a kind in the bay area, and SO convenient to work around work schedules! One additional note to add to my review of their high quality, loving, clean, and SAFE care of dogs, is that you never know what special gems the staff and owners will surprise and delight you with... whether it's neat swag, special holiday-themed photo-ops, or action videos from daily play... Wiggling Tails provides the utmost care AND some really adorable and thoughtful added bonuses. Providing some photograph examples of Lizou at Wiggling Tails, and, what Lizou looks like napping after a great day at DayCare... IG @lizoutheyorkipoo

The best caretaker for my fur baby!…read more I can't say enough great things about Chantel and City Girls Dog Care! From the moment I reached out, I felt like my husky lab Kuma would be in the best hands. Chantel is incredibly responsive, kind, and passionate about dogs. Chantel and her team have looked after Kuma a few times now, and I'll definitely keep coming back. During my recent trip, I received daily updates and adorable photos that reassured me he was happy and well-cared for. City Girls Dog Care followed my care instructions perfectly. They gave him plenty of love and even went the extra mile by taking him on hikes. What really stood out was how excited Kuma gets whenever he sees Chantel. It's clear she has a true knack for connecting with dogs and training them.

She is professional and punctual. Her knowledge and expertise has taught me so much about my dog and his behavioral needs, ensuring I understood every step of the process while creating a stronger bond between me and my dog. My pup is two years old so it's very important for me he socializes with other dogs and that he gets his daily walk which has all been possible with City Girls dog care. My dog has so much fun on his walks and I look forward to his adorable pictures! I highly recommend City Girls dog care.

My dog stayed for board and training for 3 weeks. He was so well behaved afterwards…read more A week after he came home, we took him to REI on a Saturday and he was such a little gentleman there. He allowed people to pet him and wasn't overwhelmed when he was in the store. It's been a few months, I think my dog has regressed, but that's probably due to me being inconsistent as an owner. I definitely recommend Lisa and her team for training. She gave me tools to work with helping my dog with his behavior.

As someone who is a total dog person, I was admittedly pretty skeptical when I dropped off our dog…read moreat Shamrock Ranch. He's a 2-ish-year-old stray sheep herder mix who found us almost two years ago, and he is super hyper. Over the decades, I've owned and trained pretty well at least 14 dogs, so when we boarded him for a few weeks and hesitantly opted to include the 2-week training package, I honestly didn't have high hopes. I figured I already knew what I was doing. My attitude completely changed the day I picked him up and met with the trainer, Lisa. She gave it to me straight--no sales pitches, no bull, just her honest, expert take on training dogs. I was immediately impressed by her attitude, her sheer knowledge, and the specific instructions she gave us to take home. Since taking our dog home and following Lisa's instructions, I cannot express how impressed I am with what she accomplished. It is not hyperbolic to say I am totally astonished. She inadvertently showed me how much I was missing about dog training despite my years of experience. Our dog went from an attitude of "I'm the boss" to "Okay, if you know what you're doing, you can be the boss." I had asked Lisa how long it takes for a dog to lose a bad habit. I will tell you firsthand: it is no longer than 2 weeks because many of his barking habits are gone, and his leash pulling is 95% gone. He no longer barks at everything and anything that walks by. I was actually able to walk him around the block under control, even when we came across other dogs and a cat. He wasn't perfect, but he is a totally different dog that is now under control. Again, I cannot express how impressed I am, and I am not easily impressed. Lisa is a badass. The training cost a pretty penny, but it was easily the best money I've ever spent on a dog. Remember, there are no bad dogs, only untrained dogs. If you have a hard-to-handle dog and you need someone who truly understands dogs and will give you the unvarnished truth on how to handle them, you need to see Lisa at Shamrock Ranch.
