Sorry there's nothing good I can say about this place aside from it looks good from outside. First…read morereview is on hygiene and cleanliness. They use same towel from one customer to another, they never sanitize the nipper and other nail tools. From another customer, she moved to my station without changing or sanitizing the tools. I want to walk out. Second the lady is very mean, I'm not sure if she has hearing problem but when I ask question she hear it wrong and giving me the look, Lastly , I don't like the fact the nail personnel talk bad about their previous customer . Avoid this place!!

Ladies and Gents, this place was so enjoyable. Let me try and remember what we had…read more.. Was in Manila twice recently on separate days. My hands had not seen a manicure in ages, and my feet, well - they needed help too. This is located in between the main wing and south wing of MOA on the second floor. In that whole area, there are about 5-10 other nail shops you can shop and may pass through, although most of them are on the south building, while this is on the main building. For some reason, I think this place had the most reasonable prices (aka, cheaper...), but I could be wrong. I had the mani/pedi combo, I think it was 700. Daughter got acrylics extensions for 1500. Her boyfriend did a pedi. We were all very satisfied with the level of service and the quality cures we had. Workers were friendly and very patient. They took their time and made sure our toes and hands were clean and looked great! Second time around - this time we were on a really limited schedule. I wanted to do the same thing all over again, mani/pedi, but no time. My 2 teenage boys got their first manicures (200 each) because they are too old for the kid mani which was 150. I had a 30 minute back massage for 350. Sooo relaxing, was willing to do a 1.5 hour massage but again, no time. The only thing I did not like was that massage lady kept trying to sell me Argan oil for my body and hair, which I had to turn down.

Horrible experience. Despite having an appointment, my daughter sat in the chair for nearly two…read morehours and only received a basic nail cleaning. The nail technician stopped midway and then said it would be another hour before starting the acrylics. Completely unacceptable. They repeatedly pushed her to switch to gel nails instead. Customer service was terrible.

This nail salon is located on the second floor in the outside portion of SM Mall of Asia. The wait…read morewas about 1.5 hours on a Tuesday afternoon. Like most nail salons in the Philippines, they do not have massage chairs with a jet stream basin, but instead chairs and foot stools. I opted for a foot spa, which included a short foot soak in a rubber basin they brought out (less than 5 min for me), callus removal, cuticle care, and polish application. My service was done by Pauline who did an awesome job. 10/10 would request her again. She was thorough with my feet spending about 30 min with the foot file, transforming my callused man-feet back to its baby soft form. She was gentle with my cuticles and applied the polish perfectly -- just up against my cuticles, but without touching them. The shellac on my hands were done by Grace who did a decent job. They weren't to my standard as I'm picky about how clean and close the polish is around the cuticle, but still clean enough to be acceptable since they still looked neat. She definitely nicked me a couple of times with the cuticle nippers, but drew no blood. The nail technicians here have a difficult time communicating in English, but they have decent shop talk and you can get by if you don't know Tagalog. The polish selection is small and there is an up charge for certain polishes. They don't have OPI shellac, which is what I was looking for. I wanted a dark blue shellac, but the only one available was imported from Japan and had about a 700 php up charge, which wasn't cool. I'd probably come again for the price, but would specifically request Pauline.

I only trust this nail salon in Manila. Whenever I'm in my home country for an annual vacation, I…read moredon't want to miss the spoiling that I get here. First of all, the ladies are 100% friendly and highly skilled to make you happy at the end of the services. For a simple mani and pedi, you will be totally satisfied. I won't ever think of saying anything bad to them. The customers will say it all. I see a lot of tourists as well and locals. The foot spa here is like a million dollar service! I'm not kidding. Anyway, located at the #5 Biggest Mall in the world, Mall of Asia(MOA), it is just perfect after a whole day of shopping. In this particular side of the mall you will see all other self-care spots like massage, hair and skin care, sauna and spas. So yes, I'm the first one to review and I am very proud of them. Until my next visit!

She also scraped underneath the nail, which is completely unnecessary and can be extremely damaging. You'd think she'd get the hint to lighten up at my physically recoiling my foot in pain. Nope! Relaxation music is playing which made the juxtaposition of how painful this pedicure is hilarious. I also doubt any of the tools are replaced or even sterilized in between customers. The nail file she used was falling apart.
