I got cold water, massage was like 5 min total and the scrub was like a minute a leg, the nail polish was not placed over base coat, The nail polish was not cleaned up well from my skin and generally not a good experience. Don't even get me started on the manicure. The file was not filing properly so I have uneven nails and not the shape I wanted, even after asking twice. Then I had to ask her to clean my cuticle up several times for different fingers. Again no base coast and since I got clear, only placed the top coat. What a waste of time and money. Additionally the place needs an update badly. Stained everything, broken fabric, the fans are in shambles...never again!

A few seat locations need to be reupholstered, but they cover those areas with a towel. This place looks much nicer and cleaner than most nail salons. There is usually a movie playing. If you're the only one having your nails done, you could usually ask them to play a different movie. Let's get started with the All Out Diva Pedicure that I pamper myself with. Nica (Veronica) soaks my feet in nice warm water. She applies a mask onto my feet and calves, then wraps it with cellophane. She proceeds to cut my toe nails and cuticles. Afterwards, an exfoliation scrub is massaged onto my calves and feet. They are then wrapped with a towel. After ? minutes, the scrub is rinsed off with warm water. A warm towel is used to remove whatever might have been left behind. The calves and feet are massaged with an oil. Lotion is then added onto the calves and feet in which the massage continues. As one calf/foot is being massaged, the other side is covered with a towel. You'll need to let her know if you want a soft or hard massage. Afterwards, both legs are covered with a towel. The towels are removed and my feet are individually placed within plastic bags filled with paraffin wax. Booties are placed on top of the plastic bags, and the calves are wrapped with a towel. After ? minutes, the towel, bootie, plastic and wax is removed. The calves and feet are wiped down with a dry towel. An under coat is applied onto my toe nails. A double coat of the base coat is applied. My French tips are then painted on. The top coat is the end of my pedicure. I then go under the fans to dry the nail polish. Sounds awesome right? That is because it is! All that wonderful pampering for 1000 Pesos. I usually come mid-week, and I like being Nica's last customer of the day. I make sure I tip Nica well, because it is my way of thanking her for the amount of time she takes to pamper me.

I started to talk but they were looking at me. I think if a salon is located in the mall then they should be comfortable talking to foreigners. I stayed anyways with the awkward greeting. I kept telling them I want gray highlights. I showed photos and we agreed for it to be ombré highlights. It didn't turn out that way. The guy cutting my hair also just chopped away and not checking if it's even. I just gave up with telling them what I wanted since they didn't give me a response whenever I said anything. The lady next to me kept yelling at them for hours telling them what she wants and they let it happen. When I finally told them that lady is annoying and asking when my hair would be completed the lady finally left. I was watching a show on my phone and I could hear her clearly still since she was so loud. It's a business and she was very loud and obnoxious. Should've thrown her out. I also had a pedicure and the girl kept stabbing my feet. No apology or anything and she kept trying to stop the bleeding. I really don't think they wanted to speak to me. I'll probably wait until my gray hair grows out again and get it recolored and cut.

They use same towel from one customer to another, they never sanitize the nipper and other nail tools. From another customer, she moved to my station without changing or sanitizing the tools. I want to walk out. Second the lady is very mean, I'm not sure if she has hearing problem but when I ask question she hear it wrong and giving me the look, Lastly , I don't like the fact the nail personnel talk bad about their previous customer . Avoid this place!!

My hands had not seen a manicure in ages, and my feet, well - they needed help too. This is located in between the main wing and south wing of MOA on the second floor. In that whole area, there are about 5-10 other nail shops you can shop and may pass through, although most of them are on the south building, while this is on the main building. For some reason, I think this place had the most reasonable prices (aka, cheaper...), but I could be wrong. I had the mani/pedi combo, I think it was 700. Daughter got acrylics extensions for 1500. Her boyfriend did a pedi. We were all very satisfied with the level of service and the quality cures we had. Workers were friendly and very patient. They took their time and made sure our toes and hands were clean and looked great! Second time around - this time we were on a really limited schedule. I wanted to do the same thing all over again, mani/pedi, but no time. My 2 teenage boys got their first manicures (200 each) because they are too old for the kid mani which was 150. I had a 30 minute back massage for 350. Sooo relaxing, was willing to do a 1.5 hour massage but again, no time. The only thing I did not like was that massage lady kept trying to sell me Argan oil for my body and hair, which I had to turn down.

We visit to get our massage treatments whenever we visit the Philippines. It is a bit pricier than other places but well worth it with the services they offer. With the new location, they only have private rooms for massages. We snooked the premier suite that comes with steam Bath and shower. Our first treatment was Sea salt body scrub to remove the dead skin. Next we had our choice of massage... had the deep tissue and my wife had the Swedish massage. Boy, they are strong. My back was sore and they were able to relieve some of the stiffness from seating. They told me to come back for another round as my back is still stiff and and need another massage. Last was the Thai foot massage (with stick). That as a bit painful... and it's only painful if there is something wrong. In my case, plenty. lol. Fell asleep as they were working on my right foot. That's always a good sign if you feel so relieved from the massage that you fell asleep. Definitely going back. My body was a little sore after but that's also good sign. They do have a service charge when you first pay your bill but you have an option of adding a little tip esp if you like the service you received.

Besides the fact they opened approximately 10 minutes after the hour (Filipino Time), I was greeted promptly, shown the services, and led directly to the men's locker room. The locker room and showers were nice and comfortable. I was then led to the waiting area for my masseuse(s) and drank this awesome tea that I will never forget. The massage was absolutely perfect. I would definitely go here again when I have the opportunity. Also, this place did not seem to need a reservation. Walk-ins welcome.
