I have been doing business with Quicklotz for about coming 3 months now. I have an e-commerce business with actively doing business in eBay, Amazon and etsy. I receive quality items from purchasing bulk units from Quicklotz. I am able to then offer great prices to my clients on different e-commerce platform. I never had a poor experience with them but always a positive one. IF there are any discrepancies they take care of it right away. I"m not sure why the other review are negative but I've always had positive experience. Granted some items we get are not name brand but they are in good quality and good shape. Some are used and boxes are torn but he make sure you are aware of that. Again everyone wants a bargain right? and Quicklotz offers bargain prices for different individual and business like myself. I mainly get power tools and small office products. I give them two thumbs up and recommend them to any business who wish to purchase cheap wholesale prices. Don't get me wrong you're not going to get Kobalt or anything like that but quality is good and if you know harbor freight - it's the quality like that.. affordable and useful simple as that. Purchased Amazon Mystery box and it was all garbage, couldn't tell what half the stuff was. I do know it was cheap Chinese stuff worth nothing. I also purchased some of the MPG Pallets and on one of the pallets was 12 boxes that were empty. I wouldn't recommend buying from this place. Customer service is horrible as well!!!!! read more

Bought my first power plug pallet and I was pretty disappointed. For the price of the pallet and shipping I'll be lucky if I break even. I got an empty box, 2 damage items that are unsellable and 5 fans that don't work. $400 for the pallet and $350 for shipping, I doubt that I am going to make over that amount. Then I email the company and I get this snarky response: "Hello, Not sure if you ever bought liquidation pallets before, or if you actually read our terms and conditions you accepted online when you ordered. You should always count on a percentage of items that have issues. These are customer returns and we don't have control of item conditions. That is why the price is so low and everything is sold "as-is". Terrible customer service- ordered an "amazon mystery box" and it was nothing but knock off Chinese non branded garbage. Couldn't even tell what some of the items were. Left review on facebook ad, they deleted it... messaged them on fb, they blocked me. Called them, left messages with no return phone calls. Emailed them with no response- save your money! read more

If I could give these people zero stars I absolutely would. Got a box full of Chinese garbage that is not even compatible with US plugs nor is it even able to be looked up because the products were SO old, YEARS old in fact. One of the products had a sale sticker from 2016 and that was one of the newest items. Most of the items were broken or didn't work at all. Tons of electric shavers full of hair. Absolutely disgusting. This business needs to be reported and shut down. read more

We got our Mystery Box yesterday and I think we should have just kept our $195. All of the products appear to be in new condition but every single item is an unbranded made in China type item. At this point our goal is to just recoup our money and take it as a lesson learned. We were not expecting to get it and make thousands of dollars but we thought we might be able to at least double our money. We are not feeling very confident at this point about it. We received a LOT of phone cases in our box that are a cheaper quality than the ones that you might purchase at 5Below. read more

Like other customers, I ordered a "Mystery Box" and had the same experience with box being filled with mostly Chinese Junk and most items not labeled so I don't even know what they are. I would not purchase another one. I was considering a pallet but won't now that I have had this mystery box experience. Big waste of $240. read more

I contemplated for a month on whether I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Especially after reading reviews and noticing that Quicklotz/Buylotz will never take fault for anything that went wrong or anything they do wrong if there is a bad review. Instead, they will try and turn it around on the customer that wrote the review as if the company has no fault in anything. Well, this is one of those bad reviews. I bought a mystery Electronics box on 7/18/19 and I knew what to expect in regards to the condition that some of the items were going to be in. Shipping department was fine and ordering process was easy. Even finally getting the 1 box I ordered at exactly 10 days after ordering is even fine too because they disclosed 10 days being the max amount of time expected to receive it. The issue I have is when you send me a box full of crap/used garbage. The box is supposed to contain guest returns, shelf pulls and overstock. I understand that. But you clearly sent me guest returns/damages and nothing but that. No shelf pulls, no overstock, just used trash that has pieces missing, disgusting condition or product itself is damaged and not functional. The higher dollar stuff that seemed clean, certainly was not. The same baby monitor set you show in the picture on the website is the same one I received and there wasn't even a monitor in there. There were several hair brushes, razors and dryers in the box and all of them had a mass amount of hair on them. The few Bluetooth headsets in the box were not even functional and damaged. Not even the cheap ass shopkins and marvel walkie talkie and karaoke set works. So yes, they sent me a bunch of garbage. And I'm not even going to fight it because I know what chance I took. But there are far better places than this. This was a terrible first experience, will be my last and I hope people steer away and please don't ignore the RED FLAGS!!!! Bought a refrigerator from Quicklotz on 7/26/14. Also bought a 5 year extended warranty for $185.00. They could not provide any paperwork on the warranty at the time of sale, & said it would be sent to me. I returned to the store every weekend asking for some kind of warranty documentation and was told each time it would be sent to me. On 8/30/14 I was given the website of the warranty company and told to contact them directly. I called them on 9/2/14 and provided them with my name & e-mail. Later that afternoon I received an e-mail from them stating that they did not have a warranty in my name. I went to Quicklotz to request a refund for the extended warranty and was told that they could not refund my money because it was longer than 30 days. Quicklotz jerked me around for over a month, and then tells me I waited too long to receive a refund. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced Since this review was posted, the owner of Quicklotz contacted me. I can't believe how far he bent over backwards to remedy the situation. I am very happy with the results, and will continue to shop there. I did get a fantastic deal on the refrigerator I bought, and will be going back for a washer/dryer pair.
