Seeing this Disney Store from the walkway of the Premium Outlet malls brought back so many childhood nostalgia memories for me. I loved everything about revisiting this store. There's only 22 stores left and this one is the only one here in Vegas. Wow have things drastically changed. I did have friendly service but I was solely looking. Not actually wanting to make a purchase today. However there were a big variety of items on sale. I'll definitely come back before my Grandkids upcoming Birthdays to find them some pajamas and stuff. I did a number of sales that were pretty reasonable. I can't wait to bring the minions back to the store. read more

This location is fairly big. It's nice to see a Disney store. Love the animator doll series. These are updated ones from the original ones. There are costumes, really interesting mugs and toys. They even have Bluey toys now. read more

I don't know why I've never gone into this store til now! On visits to Vegas I've probably just been to Disneyland or already have plans in the near future of visiting. But who am I kidding? Am I going to buy things at the parks with their prices? In this economy? Realistically, no lol. I've seen so many park jerseys that are cute and I can never bring myself to spend the $75 or whatever they are priced now. Even when they were about $60 I just couldn't justify it. Now I can say that I have 2 longsleeves for about half the price of one. I probably won't even be wearing them at the parks but eh, I have disney wear. Also picked out a big baymax head bag to carry all the things. They lay out of the store is easy to navigate and not too crowded. Lots of decently priced items with extra discounts on clearance items. They might be out of date or old season items but who even really cares? All the workers were friendly. The store isn't a complete mess but it's not immaculate either. Lots of shoppers are either kids or adults looking for a particular size and don't exactly leave things they way it was found. I'll probably pop in whenever I'm shopping the area from now on. Doesn't hurt to look right? read more

Well who doesn't live something in the Disney realm right? Located at the northern outlet mall, this is a fun store with some great deals. This is a great area to go shopping in even in general, and they have items here you have seen in Orlando and/or California. They have clothing, stuffed animals, toys, households and bags. The store was clean and well kept. Staff members were nice and helpful. If you are looking for somewhere to shop, I suggest making this one of your stops especially if you are a Disney fan. read more

Was bored on a Sunday and decided to head to the mall and do some shopping for Xmas. One of my friends is a Disney fan so of course I had to stop at the Disney store. Loved all the good deals going on the store. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and the sales associate told me about the new sales going on. I did find something for my friend. Thr only things I would like to see them improve on is more sales associates to ring up customers and I hate the fact that they want you to buy a bag to carry your purchase. Disney has enough money I should get a free bag if you spend $50 or more. read more

The next best thing since Disneyland is closed. You'll find anything and everything Disney. My son liked the stuffed animal we bought for him. He hasn't left the house without it. Great service and perfect layout. Even during the pandemic, they are super safe and provide extra masks and hand sanitizer for shoppers who drop on. There are also placards so people maintain their safe distance. I'll be back for sure when visiting the city. read more

I have been here more than a handful of times; some times were for presents and other times was because I didn't want to spend a lot for clothing during trips to Disneyland. Whatever the visit was, I've had a pleasant experience every time. The store is super organized. They have everything from mugs, to stuffed animals, to figurines. They also have clothing for babies 3-6 months all the way up to 2XL. Buy clothing here instead of paying double the price at Disney parks. There are additional promotions through out the store, just make sure you are picking the correct item before getting to the register. And you can bet that whatever the hot new character is, they it in a ton of stuff. Sometimes the lines are long, but the cashiers are always quick and friendly. They sell large re-usable bags for $3 if your purchase is large or if you are just environmentally cautious. Now that I'm going to be a mom, I can see more visits in my future. This store isn't the easiest to get to considering the location. However, there are always sales and things to grab for any kid/Disney lover on your list. They have a ton of clearance and if you use a Disney visa there's an additional discount. My only complaint is that you have to pay for bags and last time I did, it tore before I made it halfway to the car. Sometimes, I go to the outlets JUST to go to this store! read more

This was my first visit to this Disney store location. It is well stocked clean and organized. It was crowded with tourists and people looking for a sale on their favorite Disney merchandise. I'm surprised that I didn't write up a review sooner. We usually find great deals here. We've got lots of nephews and nieces (I've got a huge family, like any other Filipino, right?), so we do lots of gift shopping here. Besides, we are fans of Disney, too. Usually, there is an ongoing promotion for the character t-shirts, for adults and children- this is usually right smack dab in the middle of the floor (under $10). Watch out for the annoying older lady doing the swapmeet hustle, who will very loudly announce the latest specials, especially when there is a crowd of customers. She wasn't here last night. This is a popular store and during the day, the line for checkout is pretty long. There were markdowns (last night) before Christmas- like ornaments- $5.99/single- $12.99/set- $9.99/set. The regular priced stuff is in the front, at both entrance doors. The markdowns are in the back, and along the right side of the wall, near the cashier counter. Sometimes, there is an additional promotion located behind the cashiers, which could be a plush or a mug, for a really low price. You will find clothing- t-shirts, pajamas, sets, jackets, shorts, as well as costumes, toys, plush animals in different sizes, kids plateware and cups, seasonal/summer- towels, swimwear, and shoes/sandals. While the focus is on kids, you can find many lots of adult clothing. You can also purchase Disney books, gift cards and tickets to Disneyland here. I think we've seen many, many, many Disney characters represented here. If you're a Disney fan, this is the store for you. (Let's face it, if you're at the DL theme parks, this stuff is extremely overpriced. Our most recent visit to Disneyland (earlier this month), the tickets for one day entry was $80 each, and parking was $15.) The difference between this store and the one at Premium/South, is that store carries other brands (surfing brands, target) besides Disney, and this one looks more like the Disney retail store, while the other one feels like a warehouse type store- often only carrying one size in many clothing items. read more

The only store in the mall that feels it necessary to give you a COVID briefing before entering into the premises. When we got there the silly little girl doing the briefing required us to walk through a empty maze of barriers in order to get to the front of the line. Granting there were no other people in the line, she still required us to walk to the end of the roped off area and then up to the front so that we could stand in front of her to hear the briefing. Then she actually asked if my wife and I were together. The only two people in the line! By doing so, we were actually closer to her than we were when we asked to just enter the store directly. I brought this to the attention of the store manager and she didn't seem to care. Stating it was for our "safety". I told her she had to consider her customers and be reasonable in the implementation of their stupid policy. If you want to be treated like stupid sheeple please be sure to stop by the Disney brand. read more

Hi, I went into the last Disney store and all of Las Vegas yesterday. Looking for some adult T-shirts and adult pajamas. The store was pretty bare and I decided as I was leaving I would to ask an employee who was in a conversation with another employee and I'm sorry but they are not cast members they are employees. They were talking for a good 2 to 3 minutes before they even acknowledged my existence while another girl stood in the corner and didn't acknowledge my existence when they finally stopped talking I asked the employee if I was missing where they had moved the adult T-shirts and adult pajamas she stood there and looked at me like I was dumb and mind you I'm the guest, she says to me they're over there, and I just turned around and walked away. A Disney cast member would've taken me over where the items were and helped me look a employee could care less and everyone in that store were employees they were not Disney cast members and that is very disappointing since this is the only Disney store in all of Las Vegas, I may never go back because I don't appreciate being treated like a second rate citizen at any store, let alone a store that has a tradition of being considerate, and going above and beyond for the guest read more

Went in to check out the beauty and the beast movie selection. Wasn't overly thrilled with it but they had some cool thing. The thing I wanted wasn't there so a cast mate went out of their way to give me free shipping coupons. That was really nice of her. The staff in this store obviously prides themselves in taking care of guests and going above and beyond. Great staff to carry out the Disney name. You can also tell they WANTTTT to be there. Emily G. #1495983 reminded me if we want a bag for $1.25 but didn't remind me if i have chase card for discount (cause i thought that when u put your card in the register will recognized the card if it's chase or something affiliated to disney for discount, but nope!) && the worst part is, i asked her that did i got my discount cause i have the chase card. she said no cause i didn't tell her. && she didn't say that i can void it && ring it again then put the discount. i just said it's ok can u guys pls teach your employees new or veterans to ask if we have the card for discount. 5 or 10% helps read more

I don't have a kid and I don't like branded anything or character anything in things I own. So what am I doing here? My niece is turning 2 and is all about Minnie Mouse so I came looking for a gift. I couldn't find a cute shirt in her size so I only left with a Minnie bonnet on sale which is a step closer to a outfit though! My brother and SIL got bagfuls of stuff for their boys and for gifts to other nieces and nephews. I can see this being a good and bad place for parents as you can get suckered in, though you might find some stuff your kids would really love. It was hard to find stuff for 2 years old as most stuff was in 3T and up so keep that in mind if you have a little bitty. I do recommend if you are in need of clothing for your trip to the park, load up here! You can get a shirt for kids between $5-$10 and adult ones for $10-$15. I once bought a shirt at Disneyland at the request of a cousin and spent $20 + for a simple shirt. I obviously am not going into this store often so my rating is its A-OK for me. Went to atleast 20 different stores in the mall no problems. This place is out of control with there Covid restrictions. The lady at the front was coughing uncontrollably in to her hands and didn't use hand sanitizer. But requires us to use hand sanitizer to get it, Then won't let small children in with out a mask. The employees were barking orders at everyone to pull there mask all the way up. Even if there mask was coving there nose and mouth. They want it as high as it can go. I understand every one has to wear a mask. That's out of there control. But what they can control is there attitudes. There more worried about how far your mask is up than customer service. read more

As a Disney fan and living 15 minutes away from Anaheim, this is the best place to buy Disney merchandise in Las Vegas. They sell Disney Parks (Disneyland) merchandise and other Disney merchandise at a very reasonable discounted price. Definitely the best place to buy Disney parks merchandise. Fun place to shop for all things Disney. It is like one stop shopping for souveniors and clothes and Disney memoriablia. Disney Fix! Tons of people there so be prepared to be bumping around. It's a very popular hotspot for people who do not have enough money to go to Disneyland but still want to have some of the cool stuff. But now they have very little have discontinued Disneyland park merchandise in the store. They said they may get some again around the holidays. By far one of my favorite Disney stores. From the outside looking in and when you enter its so clean. One of my favorite things about this store are the windows on the outside with all the characters. At night they are like lit Windows and a great photo op for the kids. Everything in this store is organized so well and they are always on top of keeping things folded and sorted by sizes which is hard to do with how much traffic they get here. I love when they have sale items, it makes back to school shopping really enjoyable. We were able to get a great back pack and lunch box at a great price! I could spend tons of money in this store because everything looks so appetizing. Keep up the great work Disney! Wish they could send some coupons or something though... I'm a die-hard, life-long Disney fan! I have the golden passport that gets me into every Disney theme park in California and Florida for the entire year. I love Mickey Mouse, Goofy and the gang. So it's a given that I would love the Disney Outlet store! This store is relatively neat, organized and clean. It's always well stocked and the prices are great. I make the trip downtown to buy my Disney nightshirts ($10 for adults, you can't beat that)! They also usually have a decent selection of random housewares (character mugs, tableware, travel cups, etc.). I don't have kids but it would be a great place to buy toys, stuffed animals, costumes, etc. for the little ones. You can save some serious money. Every year around the holidays, I go here and buy some quality Disney stuffed animals to donate to the Christmas toy drive. Expect to pay around $6 for a child's t-shirt and around $10 for an adult shirt. Be sure to check out the clearance rack for super cheap deals. The store has a good mix of merchandise that was made and sold specifically at the major theme parks (Disneyland and Walt Disney World) and then items made just for the Disney Store that, for some reason or another, failed to be big sellers in the retail stores. Be warned: the store plays NONSTOP DISNEY MUSIC so if you are stuck in one of the store's notoriously long checkout lines, you may pull your hair out before you make it to the register. read more

I wanted to get some shirts for our Disney trip next month and thought this would be the cheapest place to get them. Well it was. They have kids shirts for 6 bucks and adults were 10. My wife got a little tiny Emile plush animal from Ratatouille for 2 bucks. Not too shabby. It's an outlet, so expect a lot of stuff kind out of season/ out of theaters. But good place to grab a few Xmas gifts. read more

Having kids you have to make a quick stop inside. They have a decent selection of character items and great sale on the tee shirts.

We stopped in to the Outlets while downtown. After making several stops we went to the Disney Outlet to get some gifts for kids back home. Although selection was more limited than the real Disney Store in the Fashion Showcase Mall on the strip, the prices for what they did have seemed quite comparable. While shopping there, there were two floating people on the floor who were both helpful and friendly. After my parents checked out, I went to make a purchase. There was one transaction finishing up before me and nobody else in line. "Have a Magical Day" the cashier Cathy R. repeated to the customers before me and it was my turn. All going fine. Two items, rung up, time to pay. No chip reader so I bring out my AMEX and am asked for ID. Somehow my life of crime will begin with a toddler size 4 Lightening McQueen CARS T-Shirt. Name checks, I swipe, and it doesn't run. I swipe again and again. The cashier looks at me. She advances register tape and runs the card in a paper sleeve. No dice. Then she looks at me like what am I going to do. She stares. I suggest she type it in and she refuses. I have never had a card rejected before. The bill was just paid and the card worked earlier in the day and has worked later this same afternoon. Cathy R. refuses again. WOW. I can respect people have different career paths. If you choose yours to be a cashier, why not do that then? Must you have confirmation of my height and weight so I can buy a toddler T-shirt for my nephew? With more attitude she insists that this is my problem and she will not run the card--how very 'magical' of her. Giving up because I don't want to keep my family waiting she rolls her eyes and demands another card. I should have asked for another staff member--perhaps one who actually works, or who had any business sense or respect for customers but too quickly retrieved my Debit. Although security is of utmost importance to Cathy R., she runs it as a credit. Once again, I must prove identity. At this point, the Cathy R. is holding my Amex, my Visa and my Driver's License. The purchase isn't that huge, do I really need to be treated like a criminal because you don't know how to do your job and your outdated (no-chip) equipment doesn't work? Bad showing for a company that prides itself on hospitality. I rejoin my family and share my experience. As they turn around, Cathy R. has already abandoned the register to complain about me to her manager on the floor, one of the previously helpful people who wasn't called in when Cathy R. proved useless. Again, bad showing. Rather than get my blood pressure worked up further dealing with stupidity, I take to Yelp. Beware. Its not worth the frustration.
