I called Jojina last minute because our cleaner left on FMLA the day we expected her and we're kinda desperate because everyone else we had tried has been doing a very sloppy work. I did not expect her to show up at our doorstep within the hour and I definitely did not expect her to send three cleaners within two hours! Our house is more or less very clean however these ladies other than the fact they also were super happy and so much fun (imagine a house full of laughter) they left the whole house spotless and shiny. On a usual basis now we have two cleaners coming, always on time and always super happy, with laughter happiness and joy! We just love them! Their service is consistent, doesn't have "fancy" price catalogs like other crews do, your money go a long way here and Jojina has built a very reliable business model with people who love what they do! The best part is that Jojina is one of her crew members - she's also a cleaning crew member that works two and some times three houses a day while taking calls and meeting new customers. A true leader. If you thought your house was clean, or that your cleaning crew is doing a terrific job, wait until you see your house after Jojina and her ladies are done with it. Thank you Jojina and team!

She asked questions to understand my situation and recommended the service that suited the house best. The entire process was very transparent and seamless. The day before, I received a confirmation of who will be coming to the house and how long it would take. Despite the fact of the initial two workers were out sick, Alex came in herself to get started and didn't even ask me to reschedule. The process was great, before any cleaning was done, Alex did a walkthrough of the house and was very information on the questions I had. The attention to detail was excellent and we are very happy to have such a clean space. A final walkthrough is done to confirm if anything was overlooked. Thank you for making our home beautiful!!

Alex cleaned the inside of my refrigerator (which I had not cleaned in about seven years) from top to bottom. She also removed all of the dirt and dust from my front door and security door. She cleaned my blinds and windows. She used her vacuum to remove the dust from my couch. She also removed the dust from lots of objects around the house, such as vacuum cleaners, travel bags, lamps, etc. Living in a dust-free house is priceless, and Alex's cleaning services represent a tremendous value. I will definitely hire Alex again the next time my house needs to be cleaned!

I actually…read moredidn't have them do my guest room so it was just my master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room area. We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

Their communication was great from start to finish, their pricing was very reasonable, and overall they did a really good job with our move-out cleaning. My only small complaint was that I expected the walls and doors to be wiped down as part of a full move-out cleaning, and they weren't. That could absolutely be on me, though, because I didn't ask beforehand or double-check what was included in the service. Other than that, I was very happy with everything.
