I was pleasantly surprised by the options they have. I never take the sales help, but I did this time. They helped me with measuring and provided me with a lot of options for try on. Never made me feel rushed, everything was no pressure. I ended up signing up for their free rewards program which was painless because they were able to do it on an ipad without me waiting in the checkout line. Checkout was also really fast. New arrivals and sale racks all had their place. Cute accessories helped finish the looks. The fitting rooms were plentiful and spacious. My eyes were looking everywhere. Our first stop was JACTS (that's what I'm calling it in this review). It's a cute little store with fashionable, yet accessible, clothing and accessories. Yes, a lot of the items here were out of my price range and after seeing a $90 dress, I was thinking this would be a short trip. But you know what's awesome about JACTS? Sales! While there, they were having a $10 off $50, $20 off $100 sale. I think there was also an extra percentage off clearance items. I made my way to the clearance rack and saw some really cute stuff. And then I saw this awesome gray leather jacket. It was down from $80 to $50! For a good leather jacket, I was totally willing to pay that. I tried it on and fell in love. While I was staring at myself in the mirror, my bestie found a cute, regular priced dress. It was $80, which made her hesitant about trying it on, but she decided to give it a shot. It fit her perfectly. I have a dress that has a similar cut, but it makes me look hippy. This was definitely made better and fit her like a glove. She was really on the fence about it and was thinking about what to do when I made my way up to the counter to buy my jacket. The wonderful employee told us that we could combine our purchase and get the $20 off, but pay separately, and we could split the $20 however we wanted. I was already going to get a discount on my jacket and I knew my friend really liked the dress and because it fit her so freaking well, I decided she could have the entire $20 discount. The woman thought that was like the nicest thing ever, so she gave me an additional discount on my jacket for being so damn nice. Yay! Being nice pays! My friend and I left very happy with our purchases. I was teetering on this review being 4 or 5 stars mainly because of the price, but I'm going with 5 starts because of one main reason: customer service. Not because of the awesome discount, but because of the attention we received while there. While we were trying on our clothes, the employees were giving us their opinions and why something worked or didn't. Another woman was there trying something on and they were honest with her about the item she was trying on and offered suggestions to what may work better. I love that kind of customer service. They're not trying to make a sale; they're working with you to make you look your best. I wish every store could do that. I wish I had more money, but I know I'll definitely be back to JACTS. Such cute stuff!

This is not a trip to the mall, this is a boutique. If you want to add a rhinestone to that top you try on - they'll do it with their in-house seamstress. They have the most amazing gowns for any formal event but the true reason I go? Accessories! Purses, rings, bracelets, neckalces, purses, belts, shoes and my favorite; sunglasses.
