Directly too, not through another service person (nothing wrong with that I just like direct contact). The next day he was on time- he was honest and fair with his recommendations. He didn't try to push any services- just a simple and clear explanation. We booked him the next day/ and it was complete in 2 hours. I did not have enough cash on me to pay him the exact amount, so he told me to forget the relatively small difference because we are repeat customers who will call him again as need--that's how a good businessman does business. Hopefully our old door will last a while longer, but if it needs another repair or to be replaced, then we will definitely call Joel.
