Another outstanding experience with Pro-Line Garage!…read more Pro-Line continues to deliver excellent customer service and true professionalism. They recently came back out to perform routine maintenance on my garage, and once again, they went above and beyond. They suggested a few smart updates that immediately improved the efficiency and overall sound of the garage. The upgraded garage wheels have made a huge difference -- smoother, quieter, and just a better experience every time I open or close the door. Highly recommend Pro-Line Garage for anyone looking for quality work and reliable service. They've earned my trust time and time again!

TLDR: provided a pre-estimate in Yelp, showed up next day for an in-person estimate exactly when he…read moresaid, answered all my questions, offered 3 options for replacing my motor, emailed me the quote on site, then returned 3 days later exactly when scheduled and changed the motor in under 2 hours. In summary: straight forward, customer focused experience Here's the story if you want the details. Pro-line was the 4th company I contacted to get my dying garage door motor replaced. First guy never answered. Second guy showed up and took a look, never sent me an estimate because he said he was too busy. I found a third company that showed up but the technician didn't know much so I couldn't ask many questions, he had to call his uncle for information, and I requested an estimate from the uncle but took over 24 hours to send it, by which time I'd contacted Pro-line. I received a pre-estimate immediately in Yelp. We arranged for Jimmy to come by the next day. I'd done lots of research so had lots of questions. I'm going from like a 20 year old garage motor to these new fancy schmancy motors. Jimmy showed up exactly on time and was really informative when answering my questions. Gave me all the details for the three options. Chain vs belt, rail systems, warranties, controls, wear and tear, and so on. This consult was super straightforward and informative and it helped me come to the best decision for my situation, and he wasn't trying to be salesy, exactly how customer service should go. I selected the chain motor option (#2), a little pricier but worth the durability in a garage that gets extremely hot in summer. He emailed me the quote while we were standing in my garage. We scheduled the appt for 3 days later (today!) and he showed up exactly on time again. Pulled up at 8:45 and was done at 10:30. He showed me how to use everything and all about the new installations: garage motor, rail system, wall button, clickers, mobile app, and new sensors. And informed me about the optimizations he did to the overall setup so that everything was working like new and not squeaking any longer. Also took the old system away, which some companies charge for. As for the product, it's a LiftMaster chain motor that has a backup power source for when the electricity goes out, which is great because there's no other access points to the garage. Even though it's a chain motor, it's really quiet, like 50 times quieter than my old motor. It connects to wifi, and the MyQ app, which means I can use my phone to open and close the door, AND also check in the app if I left it open. The motor can now auto lift the door if it tries to close onto something that is not right in the line of the sensor - the door will go back up. My last motor didn't have that option and my old door broke! (On my friend's car bumper) Great experience getting my garage working again. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need your garage door fixed! Thank you, Jimmy, your excellent service is much appreciated!

After 2-3 weeks of very sporadic closing of the door, I decided to call Evan to come out for a possible repair but most likely a new opener. Left a message & he called back the same day, asked about my problem & listened to all the possible fixes I tried & then gave me one more to try. He explained the new unit & pricing & even the service call charge. Told me to give his recommendation for a fix. Didn't work, so I called a few days later. We talked about installing a new opener & decided on a time the next morning. He was very prompt to call 25 minutes before arrival. He did a thorough initial testing of his own. I gave him the go ahead to change the opener, all the while peppering him with additional questions about maintenance & such. He was very open to answering all my questions & showed me how to do some of the door maintenance. In total he was here about 90 minutes. My wife & I are totally satisfied with the install & would highly recommend Evan to our friends. When searching online, don't get Evan mixed up with the Los Angeles location, he is not associated with them.

My mom (a 71 year-old single woman) called for a free estimate…read more She spoke to Alon on the phone and he dispatched Jonathan. Jonathan gave two seconds of attention to the gate sensor (which she thought was the problem from the beginning) and went straight for the motor. "It's your motor, it's burnt out. You need a new one. $4,000" That sounded CRAZY to me so I got a second estimate. The second estimate company FIXED THE ISSUE WITH THE TURN OF A SCREW!!!! This ProTeam company is out to screw you. I'm actually nervous that the "technician" opened the motor box (seeing as he didn't have to) - hopefully he didn't sabotage it! They tried to take advantage of an elderly woman! Or maybe he just didn't know what he was doing, either way beware! Direct Message me if you want the number of a gate company that actually does honest work.

He fairly assessed the situation that I'd already figured out myself, made recommendations for future services once electrical is resolved (with pricing), told me how to manage my situation until both electrical and sensors are resolved, and was a pleasant dude to work with, period. Also, he was three hours early (with notice, of course), and as a punctual sort who likes to do my business in the morning, I was certainly happy to see him at 11a vs 2p.
