The first time told me that I was nowhere near his vicinity even though I was only about 5 miles away from him! This nice gentleman. who is an elderly man, came right over, was able to find me within 20 minutes and instead of trying to go straight for hooking me up to tow which he said would be more expensive he tried to put sand behind my tires! With the sand working and me being able to then get out of my clients driveway we know longer needed to worry about hooking up to the tow, which seem to be a little bit of money. I give this company or four star review only because him coming out to me and putting sand behind my tires cost me $40. I understand the need for travel fees,service fees, and everything like that as that is the type of business I am in as well, however I was a little taken aback that it was $40! However with his quickness to get to me and his readiness to help save me money I would definitely call him again if I needed another tow in the area!!

She was horrified that we had been on that dangerous part of 295 and she had one of the drivers called out immediately to come to our aide. When I got home, I received a call from Mary just checking in to make sure I was home safely. That personal touch is what makes, for me, an Excellent Business and one that deserves many customers. Writing on behalf of my mother…read more A very unfortunate incident with a 4x4 post just below the sight line of the car left the two doors on the passenger side of her car badly dented and scraped up. The cheapest estimate from a body shop was north of $4000. Autosy Auto Spa came to the rescue! For much cheaper, they were able to make the car look so much better - for nearly a tenth of the price they did 80% of the work. They were honest, forthcoming, and did incredibly detailed work. They have earned my mom's business for the rest of her life, no doubt. I would recommend them for anyone with detailing, scratch repair, or paint matching needs in a heartbeat. Go visit them and let them know what you need. They will tell you the truth and do good work for fair prices. TL;DR: Autosy Auto Spa is awesome!
