She was horrified that we had been on that dangerous part of 295 and she had one of the drivers called out immediately to come to our aide. After getting in my face and making statements such as "if I were 10 years younger you wouldn't be talking right now" and "don't f**k with me I'm in a bad mood today" the owner of the company accompanied me to check my car for damage. We were met out back by two other employees who were there as enforcers. I pointed out damage I thought they had caused to my vehicle, and they accused me of trying to get a freebie. He said, "don't be a smartass, I have two people here who saw you take a swing at me, and there is noone around to help you". I went to 6 different garages (not expecting them to do anything in the moment but advise me on the safest way to get it home. I was on the verge of a full on melt down when I decided to try one more garage before calling a tow truck. Luckily the next one I found on the map was Bill's garage. Brandon was incredibly helpful and professional and asked me to stop by so he could have a look. When I arrived Brandon came right out and ran diagnostics a few times and drive it around a bit to assess the situation. He felt like it was ok to drive it back which was a huge relief. It's now 6:00 pm and I've canceled the tow. I'll try a different company tomorrow. It can't get any worse. They missed out on a huge tow considering my car was going from Brunswick to Saco and the dealership was willing to cover the 40 mile overage at $5 a mile. It's a sad day when they don't have basic people skills or manners and are ok with lying constantly. Call anyone but LAbbe towing if you really want your car towed.
