The shop was not slick, no hype to get you to buy expensive items, the man (jason) forgot his name but not his manner) He was direct, honest in pricing, great handshake, and respectful of us( we're old!) Appointment day rolls around and I'm 35 minutes down the road and I get a phone call, guy tells me he can't do my tires for me because techs go home at 5 PM. Why is 5 PM even an option on the site?
