Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. This means I will incur an additional cost for a problem that I believe occurred while my vehicle was in your care, on top of the service charge I already agreed to and paid. Discount tire damaged my AMG wheel, handed car back as if nothing happened. The picture clearly shows in the picture the condition of the wheel before and after. The picture is time stamped and taken about 4 days apart. I took the before picture to get the tire size to order the tires online and book an appointment. The picture clearly shows a gouge all the way around the wheel, with grease marks in spots. This type of damage could not have been caused by hitting a curb. There are no scuff marks on the tire consistent with the wheel damage. The person at Discount Tire I spoke to took pictures and submitted my information to a third party company called Fleet Response. A company with a F rating with the BBB and poor Google rating, so I didn't expect anything good. I chased them down after 2 1/2 weeks: The guy from Fleet Response finally called and said claim denied, just as expected. I held back on providing my review of this business pending how they handle this situation. I am very disappointed. Problem occurring at the store should be handled by the store where I made the purchase, not by a 3rd party claims denier sitting in another State. The technician put solvent in the grooves to make it looked age. What a shame
