This was the WORSE service experience…read more We checked in at 7:25p and checked checked out at 8:27 with no cars in the bays. It took over an hour with no other cars in the bays. We needed to replace 2 tires. I spoke with the service mgr at 8p asking why the tires are just being replaced. Kevin Story asked me if I wanted "fast or safe." Iris tried to assist me in determining the delay, but Kevin Story made it real difficult with his attitude. You NEVER want to hear from a tire company saying do you want safety or fast work. I witnessed the techs not wearing eye protection and no gloves. Kevin said the delay was that a person was on break. Not sure why as a manager you send someone o break at closing. There was grease on our steering wheel and no cover for the seats which means that they sat on our clothes seats with their dirty and greasy uniform. Kevin said one hour for two tire changes and an wheel alignment is consistent with standards. I told hom I didn't ask for an alignment, then he said we didn't do an alignment at that point I was confused. This tire store is near our house and that's the reason for the visit.

I assumed that the wrong sensor was replaced, and I was wrong. I had a nail in the opposite tire ! During the visit, the manager, Sean, told me my car needed four new tires and a rear brake job, quoting me around $2,300. I explained that I needed time to review my budget and schedule before committing to such a large expense. At that point, the interaction became uncomfortable. Sean questioned my response and said he didn't believe me, claiming that brake work had been recommended before. He then began lowering the offer on the spot, first suggesting rotors and pads for $540, then just pads for $420, despite my clearly stating I wasn't ready to proceed. The entire exchange felt very pushy and sales-driven rather than focused on customer care. When I finally said I wouldn't be returning, Sean responded rudely, saying it was "better for both of us" and implying I was only there for the oil change deal and not supporting the business. I left feeling uncomfortable and unsure about the quality of the service I had just received. In fact, I ended up taking my car elsewhere to have the oil changed again because I no longer trusted the work. This was a very disappointing experience after years of being a customer. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.

The car has a metallic tuxedo black color code so has little sparkles in the paint, which I thought would be a challenge due to the uniqueness. Not for Alpha Wheel!
